I ordered a pickup of Casita Burrito and a kids crispy burrito. The food was prepared as per promised time and staff was courteous. The highlight was the price which was good for wholesome meal. The taste was good and ingredients were fresh. I would go here on days I feel I need to save some money and time.
It isn't a bargain buy, but, as is with almost everything, you get what you pay for. The high quality in food and service, coupled with their pioneering of a zero waste approach from behind the counter to the entire to-go packaging, all at a fast-food pace... make this one of my favorite places for a quick meal. Did I mention that it is delicious? Well it is!
Food is meh. The service is great. The online ordering system is one of the worst I’ve ever used. It would not let me pay by credit card or update the card the had on file. The friction and UI is awful. I had to go out to a separate browser to try to update my account. Way too many steps. Spendgo sucks. Do you want my business?
Nice and friendly branch, clean and good designs, customer service is good and foods are delicious. Burritos and tacos are great plus fries.
This rating is for the Redmond location. Deep into the pandemic they kept there Dining Room open. However, now that the pandemic is virtually over, they have the Dining Room closed. It’s May 2022. Why did they include a Dining Room when they built the building? For looks?
Drive through in only available at time of posting. Chicken Taco salad light is very delicious and decent option for folks looking for lighter calorie food. Chicken Fit Hit bowl is pretty good too.
The Casita burrito is, I'm fairly certain, infused with the actual blood of Christ. I've never had anything so innocuous and unassuming as a fast food burrito be so damn good. I also get 4 hot sauces with each order, 2 to go with my food, and 2 to have on a breakfast burrito the next morning. It's that good.
Overpriced for what you get. We only ordered 4 items (two tacos and two sides) and they still forgot the include one of the sides. Pretty disappointing.
Generous servings.Fresh ingredients. A much better Mexican fast food option than that "other" taco chain. Nice and reliably tasty.
Still a great choice for grabbing a bite, but only through drive thru. Inside eating is closed.
