Worst taco bell ive been to! Troed to call and make an order since my husband and i were in tow truck and didnt know if lobby was open. They didnt answer, oh well we saw the lobby open. Go inside an stood at counter for over 10 min as they worked on orders for delivery and lobby without even greeting us. We will never come to this location again! Not good customer service at all!

I was craving taco bell so bad today, but this experience was a huge let down today.Got home and opened my order to discover there was no beef on my nachos and only a tiny amount on half of my chalupa. I also asked (and paid for) nacho cheese on my chalupa, but it wasn't there either. There were so few other toppings on my nachos that I had to dump what was in my chalupa on top of the chips so I wasn't eating just plain chips. I tried to call the number on the receipt but no answer. So disappointing.The only good thing about my experience was the woman that took my order, she was so pleasant and polite, she was great.

Contents of food was not wrapped and loosely dumped in the bag. Wrong sauce and not enough for an order for four people. They were rude and did not fulfill the order and shorted us. Also there was an unexpected charge of extra chicken in a quesadilla and there was almost no chicken in it. Also they shoo’d us from the window when attempting to check the order. Overall, this is a sub par Taco Bell with little to no order accuracy and they overcharge customers

I'm happy to see their lobby is again open for indoor seating. I often stop here for a snack after seeing a movie ro after shopping. The staff is always prompt and polite and I've never had a mistake on my order.

The longest wait time of my life for fast food. I watched the drive thru cycle through 15 cars, four customers ordered in store and got there food before me. The quality of food is never expected to be excellent, but this didn’t even hit the close to the mark. This was my last chance to any Taco Bell in the puget sound areas

The staff in the drive-through were extremely nice and efficient. I ordered ahead on the app and arrived with a decently long line. I needed to get back to work. I thought I had made a mistake. But to my surprise, the line moved quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and made well. Especially the Nachos!

Staff is rude, dismissive, and often do not seem to know how to do their job. They have absolutely no sense of urgency and treat you like a liar or a thief if they forget an item and you ask for it. The food is obviously not made with any care. It's just a bad taco bell.

I placed an order to pick up via the app. I got here and waited at the speaker for 15 minutes - nobody before or after me. This was not the first time this location was so inattentive - it’s about the 2nd or 3rd time. Unbelievably lazy.After getting to my food, the attendant told me that the frozen drink machine wasn’t ready for the day, and informed me that she could not refund me the money I paid for my frozen drink through the app. She told me to come back later THAT SAME DAY or else I could not be helped. I told her I that I live half an hour away, so that would be unreasonable to expect me to drive, and that I would be happy with another time of equal or slightly lesser value, but she either refused or did not understand. Either way, she was very disinterested in actually solving the problem. On top of everything else, the food was ice cold when I checked to make sure everything else was there.This location used to be so good, but they’ve really fallen off the deep end. No apologies were given, and she refused to make any attempt to rectify the failure of her and her team to turn on the machine when they’re supposed to. Insulting, dishonest, and rude - all on top of stealing my money. I will not be returning to this location, and I would recommend others follow suit.

Often backed up and multiple times I've had to cancel an online order after driving there because they weren't open at the time listed online. Food is fine and staff is friendly enough, it's just a pain otherwise.

I've been here 4 times now, and each time something was either missing or made improperly. I really hate being that guy who complains about wrong orders but honestly 4 for 4? That's not just a fluke. There's some flaw in the process the food is made and handled. 3 out of the 4 times there were whol items missing with e ret of my order being marginally wrong. This last time I did get every item I ordered but the way I ordered them wasn't achieved. Disappointing cause it's the only one near me.
