The two guys that were working the day I came in and ordered a sandwich (3/12) were top-notch. I was very impressed with their speed, accuracy, and professionalism the whole way through. Keep it up guys!
Will not except subways coupons that they mail
Says they are open until 9pm. But apparently they close at 8:45
Called and it rung for a long while and then they answered just to immediately hang up, twice. All I wanted to know was if they took coupons.
I placed an online order for five subs. I set it for a later pickup time. I arrived a couple of minutes after the pickup time and he had only two subs made. I waited another 15 min for him to make the other three. Bad enough right? Wrong. I got home and two of the orders were wrong.
Second day in a row where I ordered a turkey sub and they gave me the wrong sandwich.
It's a subway.

The sandwich was awful. Hardly no meat in it.
Stood in line 20+ minutes w/ only 3 people ahead of me. Everyone had to order something different than they actually wanted due to multiple missing ingredients. They only had shredded cheese, they didn't have tuna, they didn't have some breads. All the ingredient tubs were almost empty. Maybe a delivery didn't come through, maybe someone forgot to put an order in, I don't know.
