Great staff and great service
The places closes at 11 pm, I went in at 10:40 pm. The lights were on and the place was open. As soon as the guy saw my car pull up, he turned off the lights and closed the place down.
Been here dozens of times, biked here, and walked here. Usually amazing service never let me down. Most employees there are great. Decent location too, pretty accessible, right next to a gas station and Marymoor park.
I went in at night to get a wrap & that employee there was so rude to me!!! U guys should be ashamed of yourselves. If that guy is the manager he needs to be fired. Beware! Don’t go here!!! He won’t make your food the way u want & will kick you out he’s so mean! I give this place a low rating. I’m filing a complaint against that guy. If he’s the manager I want him gone.
The guy who prepared our sandwich wasn't very patient and it was no other customer then my boyfriend and I we did get 5 one foot sandwiches and even like that he was mean to us he put a lot of salt on my sandwich. I ask if he can write the name on the sandwich so we know what it is please and he did a face like it was so annoying for me to ask.
Eat fresh ? standard subway subs made well like you'd expect. Food is pretty fresh, though the avocado didnt look great last time.
I want so badly to like this place, but it seems like they go out of their way to make me avoid it. The first time I tried to order, their online ordering system was down. The second time, it worked but they messed up my order, essentially overcharging me for a sandwich. I forgot about them until a week ago when I got a mailer with a ton of coupons and surprise, none of them are accepted at this local subway. The one interaction I had with the staff seemed fine, but I'm sorry, there's no compelling reason for me to go here when I can get more reliable food, cheaper, at one of the dozen of other places nearby.
Hit the spot. Fast & friendly, Fresh & tasty. Love the app for loyalty points too.
