i used to work here please don’t get any food or drink from here one time we had to use dirty water and our manager refused to close until it was brown

I really really love the idea of personalized order with the customer's name ... it's a nice touch!
Poor service- I was the only customer, walked in and took around 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I was shocked, normally Starbucks are great about welcoming you. I placed my order for coffee, and then the person walked away without saying anything. I then waited another 3 minutes to be given my drip coffee that was just sitting on their side of the counter the whole time.
The baristas are all super friendly and nice. They customize your drink depending on what you like on your order. Yasmin and Ian always greet me right away, and are quick to get my order. 10/10. Good coffee and good people!
