Out on a bicycle ride along the Sammamish Slough Trail. A couple blocks detour. Staff were good at their job.
I love the Bella Botega Starbucks and their manager Matt is the best. The crew is lovely and pleasant.

Out of food options at 10 in the morning. Wow !Did not have stoppers as well (out of it). Spilled my coffee all over my jacket. Thanks for your greetings. Poor inventory management and hence, poor customer experience.

This location loves to charge for cold brews then serve iced coffee with sweet cream that is all ice. Instead of just saying there isn’t any cold brew left.
My mobile order experience is great here.But I'm currently here waiting on a drink for 5+ minutes. And 3 drinks that were ordered after me came out first. And there were 4 employees working at the time.
