The only Starbucks I have been to where the barista will willingly make you the wrong drink and smile while handing it to you. It’s not a one off instance as it continues to happen. This is for the walk in - preordered disaster of an experience.Was once my favorite Starbucks, up until a few months ago - they hired new baristas who don’t give a ——.
I started going to this Starbucks when I moved to Redmond, and I love it! Baristas are super friendly and helpful, especially Annika. Just really great service, definitely recommend.
Very very bad drive through workers she made us wait then she just ditched
This review is for the drive thru and the terrible layout and wait times. Lines are long and getting in and out is a nightmare. Avoid when you see any line unless you have 20 minutes to spare waiting.
I wish I could do more than 5 stars. Let’s start with I am not usually a Starbucks person, but my daughter loves a Pink drink. She also has a ridiculous order: pink drink with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder topped with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and strawberry pieces on top not blended in. I have been driving to this location a few days a week for it because my teen is too afraid to eat at school during Covid and this drink and the cheese danish are a good way to get her a treat before dinner. The team at this store knows the order now and they are super kind and friendly. I mean all of them! Josiah and Sam are great but there are no exceptions to the amazing team this store has! I have also noticed the PCC Starbucks has an amazing team. I will drive extra just to be treated the way these team members do!
This place has the friendliest staff of any Starbucks I've ever been to (Shout out to Kyra, the nicest person ever), good places to work and hang out, and a big teddy bear in the corner! Everything is pretty clean, my order is always accurate and made quickly, people follow COVID mask guidelines (both employees and customers).
Starbucks is always good they are friendly and I wanna say always check your order twice and if you have any allergy emphasize themI have milk allergy but they were busy and I am sure they forgot as I have really bad stomachache now
This location is awesome. I work for Starbucks and come here every day on my way to work, enough times that I can pull up to the order screen and (depending on who's working at the time) I don't even need to say my order, they'll know it just from me pulling up. It's always made correctly too. I've had a few issues here and there with staff not following policy correctly but that's been very uncommon, and was mostly from newer people who I didn't recognize, and there's really a lot to remember and understand at this job.
Great employees, appreciate the continued masking to keep everyone safe.
