After looking at the reviews, it seems the two girls that “helped” me aren’t new. I didn’t like my first drink so I went back for a drink that I always order(Dragon Drink), at my usual Starbucks locations that I have ordered many times. They said “I have to say I want to add coconut milk”** Lol then they had to call someone to see if they can remake a drink(that they didn’t even get right, see below)They seemed annoyed that I didn’t like my drink lol, I just wanted a different drink guys, nothing personal. If someone isn’t satisfied, they(the business) is usually happy to help in the food/drink industry to find a solution, everyone knows this, hence… a new drink that I am familiar with.Anyways, I was afraid they were going to say that** so I googled a photo on google on the Starbucks website comparing the drink they made vs the photo on the Starbucks website-they are not the same. They even looked thru the recipe booklet and said “see”. Ugh, no, you need to read it thoroughly. I just said that’s fine I’ll just take this drink, lucky them, I didn’t have more time today to continue to go back n forth with them. Tired of ignorant workers, that will continue be ignorant until someone says something.
I waited for more than 15 minutes for order the employee name Gori is not at all responding to what i am asking for the order
Barista is not knowledgeable making drinks. I ask for the shaken iced espresso and it’s always full and when I picked mine up today it was half coffee and half foam. I told her if she could put it all in a bigger cup and instead she poured some out of my cup and put the leftovers she had in Hers. The pic shows the after when I asked if she could pour the leftover. If I didn’t ask it would’ve be half way filled and half foam.
The girl(Arisha) was busy in her phone, i called her more than two times but she hardly came also, she was very ignorant. All this happened when I was only one there, waiting for my order. Coffee was good no doubt, but the server (Arisha) was rude
The barista doesn't even know what is a blonde espresso! She didn't provide a cup sleeve to an extra hot coffee and doesn't know how to add funds to my starbucks card. I won't be coming back. Please talk to the barista that was in this location at 9:45am 08/30/2021. On top of everything, she was extremely rude. It was embarrassing and a terrible experience
