I had takeout lunch from here today, and it was great. I definitely did not have the bad experience that some others have mentioned. The staff were friendly, quick, and the food was delicious. I had the Cashew chicken lunch combo.
Food seemed to have been frozen, heated in microwave, not prepared to order. Bean rice noodles so so. Vegetable seafood dish dry. Tea okay. Would not recommend, disappointed, will not return.
I really like their Tom Kah Gai soup with chicken, their Panan curry so far. Will try more dishes in the future. I always get take out.
I have never written a one-star review for a restaurant before. And unfortunately this is a one star based off of the fact that I didn’t ever get to dine there which is even worse. But this needs to be said. If your restaurant offers delivery service do not accept an order at the end of the night (but still before closing mind you), then confirm with the delivery service that the food was being made, confirm it was finished and ready for pick up, allow a driver to waste their time go there, and then be completely closed. You wasted the driver’s time and their customer’s time. It’s unacceptable. I don’t know the conditions of how this all occurred but last night I ordered food after coming home from a late flight. All I really wanted was some curry and soup for me and my partner. We waited a half an hour till you guys confirmed it was made. The delivery service sent a driver to your location and 30 minutes later he called me outside very apologetic for the fact that your business was completely closed. Why did this happen?? The last thing anyone wants to deal with at the end of a long day after paying for delivery and waiting an hour for it when you were already starving to begin work is to then have to make food or go to bed hungry because of an early morning. Just want an explanation and an apology to be honest. I hope management/owners see this review and respond.
Staff is unprofessional, rude and lazy! It’s like they are disappointed every time a customer walks in. If you walk in 1 hour before their closing time, they will insist on you to take away food instead of dining in and ask rudely why you couldn’t come in earlier. Food is not bad but customer service sucks and they really need to pay attention to these reviews!!
Really great place to get some Thai food. The service is great and I don’t see any issues with any of the waiters that other reviews mentioned. The food had plenty of flavor. The food was also delicious and spot on and the pricing was not too high. Great place for families or a group of friends. (The pork ribs are really good)
Entire family is sick from this place. $80 of food last night and even my 19 month old has food poisoning. I would like to point out that over the last 4 years Everytime we purchase food it's more expensive and less food. I wouldn't suggest this food to anyone. As far as Pacific northwest Thai goes, it's bottom of the barrel adequate. If your hungry/starving yes but if you have time, make another decision. Our family will never give them a dollar again.
Food is okay, but the staff working there leaves much to be desired. There were hardly 6 people in 3 tables when we went, and still they got our order wrong, then when the order came they didnt give us utensils till we asked for them, when we asked for to go boxes, they gave us some so small that the food wouldn't fit.
This place rocks my server was amazing but this food was bomb. I haven't had good Thai food in a while and this was the only thing around. I'm so happy I stopped here great staff and tasty food that gets your mouth salivating from the moment you enter the door I will be back the food is just a delight..oh also the prices are great it's low cost food that doesn't skimp
Food is usually better than it was tonight. Liquid from Eggplant order leaked everywhere and there was not much eggplant in the dish. Scimpy portion of rice, wasn't enough for the order of eggplant and green curry.
