Ordered Okinawa drinks and they all tasted like the Hokkaido drink… very strange ?.A plus side was that they were willing to offer me a refund or to make me another drink. ?
Update: Not 5 starts anymore. Drinks and service quality has become bad over time. I remember when my taro smoothie was creamy and delicious. Now the drinks are not as creamy and I believe they have traces of other flavors as well. I don't feel too welcome when I get into the store and the overall look of the place now looks a little bit dirty and old. It's not as bad either, but it used to be better.
The boba tea is good, but the straws they provide are pretty not wide enough.The boba pearls got stuck more than twice while drinking.
I ordered black tea with milk and pearl. The tea was ok. I wish they had different portion sizes. it was so hard to finish the entire big tea
Not a huge fan. I absolutely love boba and my go to lately has been the Taro milk tea which I ordered today and it was tasteless, no flavor whatsoever. Really bummed but the staff were friendly.

I used to love this place but recently I have been having pretty bad experience with them. There tea have lost its charm. I had my regular cocoa lover in Tulalip share tea and it tasted so good, flavourful. Redmond location has had a quality downgrade and bad service. And on top of all this it is premium priced compared to any other boba place.
Their Boba Tea is okay but their customer service is good. Try their mango green milk tea.
The people there were extremely kind to us, despite it being our first time ordering boba. The orders were quickly finished, and not too long of a line. The cashiers seemed very knowledgable about what they were doing, being only seniors in high school. Masks are highly requested, but still not required within the small building. Flavours of the drinks were all fantastic as well as the bubble parts as well. Highly recommend stopping here if you're thirsty and happen to find yourself around RTC.
Absolutely delicious!! But good luck getting what you ordered.Their management of in-person orders seems flawed - drinks for customers were announced by order number rather than customer name. No one in line at the time asked for printed receipts, so no one got a number to hang on to. No one could remember individual customers' orders or confirm which drink was whose. If there's more than 3 people in line (which there usually are) you're probably going to get the wrong drink.I was given the wrong drink twice at my last visit - I had ordered an 80% sugar, less ice hokkaido pearl milk tea. I got a 100% sugar okinawa milk tea instead. When I brought this up with the staff, I was given an unlabeled milk tea that had no sugar in it. I gave up at that point.A few of my friends frequent this place and they are given wrong or extra mistakenly made drinks on a regular basis.
