This is a nice place, appears clean, decent food, environment is fun, parking is easy.Inna was our server and seemed really kind and friendly.Unfortunately this place seems pretty overpriced for what your getting. Charged for everything you ask for- I asked for pickles on my burger and was charged extra.
I enjoy this place any time I go. Huge fan of the taco salad! Thanks for keeping fresh jalapeños in house! They also allow you to bring your dog, which I absolutely love! Especially if I'm going after a long 10 hour day at the office and haven't gotten to see my puppy all day. I feel like this is a great place to go when you are catching up with friends, the ambiance helps makes your experience more fun.
Food was good but service wasn't the best. Restaurant was not very busy but still took a while to get menus and then after we were done eating a few dishes were cleared it took forever to get the check. Also, very frustrating when we found out that our group of 6 was automatically charged 20% gratuity. We were never told either before or after we received the check just happened to see it on the bill.
So we ordered from here with uber,Spent close to 60$. Its trash, the buns were burntthe fries that were supposed to be loaded were not. The chicken in the sandwich was over cooked. I’m pretty disappointed actually. After a long day of work, and a place with the name” chicken” in it can’t cook chicken. I would say to ovoid this place at all cost if you can.
Burgers dry and taste a pich better than McDonald's - way overpriced. The endless fry that is included - is big chunks of potatoe not much seasonin at all. We couldn't finish even one portion of three that been included with burgers because it's just not tasty. Definitely will not be back.
Update dec 2021: went in again and got nice Sam's Cheeseburger with pepperjack substituted and very good. Other 3 in our party got variety of items and all food very good. Was not busy on Monday night and server was very friendly. Overall nice experience. Would bump up to 4.5 stars.From 3 years ago: Decent burger and fries. Service was good and lots of tvs for sports.

For delivery...drivers. be ready for a one star treatment. Funny because when I used to come here to eat and tip people. . . treatment was another. Is it too hard to stop and they drivers the time your amazing food takes to be ready?
If I could give zero star I would do that.. the Rudest ever waitress! Don’t know her name but she has short hair but she was just so so rude that we left that place immediately. We had just entered the place with a small kid and wanted a table by the window but it was a bit unclean so we sat in the next table and when she came to us to drop of the water, we requested if it’s possible to get the window table clean. She just shouted at us saying if there was a mass exodus and she is super busy and she needs some time and oh my god her tone was just too bad. It was not like we were asking for it immediately, we were just asking if it was possible. The way she shouted at us was just so bad. After that also we waited for sometime but she did not show up or come over to take our order. The restaurant was only 25% filled but we get it , these days restaurants are struggling. But her behavior Spoilt our mood completely and we walked out. Never going again there. Thank you!
