We have been going to Sages for years. During that time the food and service have been consistently top notch. The servers are very friendly and give excellent service even when the place is packed. The entrees are all wonderful and we have tried almost everything on the menu without disappointment. It is also a great value. He has held the line on his prices, which have always been reasonable, where other restaurants seem to be up about 15-30% since the pandemic. For some casual elegance, give Sage's a try.
Went here today for lunch. Got the Mediterranean Pasta. My husband had the Sausage Linguine. Both were great, although I have to say I liked my husband's dish better. The Mediterranean Pasta was a bit salty, but I expected it because it had both Kalamata olives and capers. It was still really good, though. Nice ambience. Not an almost fast food place like a lot of restaurants these days. Quiet and cozy. A little disappointed in the focaccia bread. The texture was fantastic just not much flavor Will definitely be coming back.
Was out on a 6 Mike walk when we happened upon this spot. I had noticed it's high ratings on here earlier, so we were excited to stop in and grab a bite. We all had the awesome spicy creamy tomato soup, ceasar salad and prawn tower. It was fantastic! Super fast service, can't wait till we are back in town!
One of the best Italian places in western Washington. Whenever I'm in Redmond, this is my 1st choice for dinner. The food is delicious. The pastas offer a lot of choices and plenty of vegetarian options. The desserts are yummy. The portion sizes are good per person. Typically for 2 people, we end up ordering 1 appetizer, 2 entre, 2 desserts and finish all of it by the end of dinner.
Ambiance,food, service everything was perfect. Had a great dining experience. Will definitely return here for trying out more menu choices. Parking was available easily and so was the table even though we didn't reserve. We went here on a Sunday evening but it was pretty late by the time we reached. We were greeted warmly, food was served pretty quickly after ordering and server checked on us. Thank you for making my birthday dinner memorable and fun. After the bad dining experience we had for lunch at another dining place earlier in the day for lunch this restaurant made my birthday memorable.
Small venue but creates a romantic atmosphere. Delicious Italian food! Very friendly staff. Decent wine selection. The sauce and sausage on the gnocchi were wonderful.
SO delicious. I had the lobster ravioli and my date had the salmon. Both were outstanding.
Friendly staff and great selection of wines. We tried a bunch of items in the menu. The bruschetta was a stand out. Also their pink sauces are good if you like a tinge if balsamic vinegar.
Dining alone is not always fun, but the staff at Sages were warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home. My server was so accommodating, I wish she hadn’t been working, so I could have asked her to sit down and join me for a glass of wine. I could have ordered one of my typical Italian favorites, but instead I ordered something different. I had the lobster stuffed ravioli. The pieces of lobster were sweet and tender, and the soft pillowy raviolis covered in a lovely creamy pink sauce were delicious. I accompanied that with the Greek salad. It had fresh chunks of cucumber and fresh tomatoes, Greek olives, with a bit balsamic reduction and feta crumbles. Wonderful! Together they were the perfect pairing. Sages has a great glass/bottle wine list with something sure to please anyone. I didn’t order dessert because I was hungry but I definitely wanted to look at their offerings. From how they were described, I would’ve enjoyed any of them. It is very family friendly, and wheelchair accessible. The cloth covered tables were clean, and set properly, but not too formal. I parked right outside on the street, and I noticed a parking lot right across the street. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience for this first time Redmond visitor.
Sages has the most flavorful italian sauces & delicious food ever! My close friend Jen (who is a vegan) & I sat down for a very satisfying & tasty veggie plate dinner! The staff is so hospitable (face friendly), kind, and super attentive! The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable & perfect for a heart to heart chat. They absolutely love animals because I often had dogs accompany me while picking up to go orders in the past! I’ll always be a loyal customer due to their top notch service and excellent dishes!
