This is not at all what i was expecting from Romios. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with olives. Have like 4 pices of pepperoni and hardly any noticable olives....pluse they put like 3lbs of cheese on the pizza. Yuk.Definitely not the romios we will be getting food from. The food sucks.Go to romios in Kirkland. They actually know how to do pizza.Such a disappointment:(
I ordered before the closing time posted on their website. However, my order was placed for the next morning. I sent an email stating I did not want the order for the morning and cancel it. The next morning a door dash driver called me to say that an employee here stated I picked the order up already. I told her they are wrong and I have email proof it was cancelled. Then I had an email back and forth with a person named susmitha. Our emails back and forth were quite interesting and I can see that many do not understand customer service or business. Susmitha first tried to tell me they couldn’t refund my full amount because $8 is what door dash will keep and I have to contact them back for that. I told Susmitha that she s false since I placed the order in Romio’s website. If they went through door dash, that is their responsibility, not mine. I was supposed to receive the rest of my refund but it has not been given back to me. Susmitha states it has been refunded but I haven’t received anything. I wouldn’t have been as bad if they would have sent food without all the miscommunication on their part, but that is not the case. I hope their is a corporate number or something I can call.
I think the only use franchise name nothing like Romeo's Pizza smell terrible if you walk into and see the menus then you know what I'm talking about it is Indian restaurant with the sell pizza with no name or logo of Romeo's on a boxes
The crust was good and pizza was fresh.. we tried paneer thai curry and were expecting a bit more saucy pizza. All in all good option if you don't want to get it from Can-Am which is slightly better than this one. They have a 10% discount for cash payment.
Used to be nice authentic Italian restaurant... yummy and fast. But this new management taking it forever.... I saw the guy was using his bare hand while putting cake in container. This people are nasty and sluggish WON'T RECOMMEND HERE.
My teenage daughter has a TREE NUT ALLERGY AND HAD A HORRIBLE REACTION TO THE TANDOORI CHICKEN PIZZA that contains cashew nuts in it's recipe. We ended up using her epi-pen after her throat closed on her and she started vomiting. It ruined our evening as it was her grandpa's birthday. I called the restaurant to complain and the manager said the nuts are only on the sauce that you can put on top of the chicken, not on the chicken itself, but my daughter had this reaction even though she ate just the pizza. He said he will update their menu to reflect nut allergy that same night, but never did. Therefore, I am giving them a very poor review. NOT ALERTING THE PUBLIC ABOUT USING NUTS IN THEIR FOOD CAN KILL SOMEONE. THEY SHOULD BE CAREFUL AS THEY ARE LIABLE FOR THIS AND CAN BE SUED!!! They deserve zero stars but I'm required to give at least one star. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
I wanted to like this place given one of our friends sang its praises... but when my husband ended up with practically raw chicken for his chicken parmesan dinner, let's just say I won't be going back there, ever. Simply unacceptable and nasty. I had a calzone which was ok, but was a little too overly-bready for my liking. Maybe it was psychological given the raw chicken issue, but the sausage in my calzone didn't taste entirely cooked either. Thankfully I didn't end up with any stomach issues. At least the sausage wasn't pink!Just be forewarned - - - and check to make sure you don't end up with raw / undercooked meat. Extremely disappointed.
This is by far better than any commercial pizzerias. You can taste the bread, sauce, cheese, sausage etc... all the fresh ingredients make it one of the best pizzas I've ever had!
Nice Pizza place. Recently visited this place for Indian style pizza. We were surprised at their quality and taste. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. People at this place are warm and welcoming. They helped me with customizations and very customer obsessed.
Ordered pesto bread and paneer tikka pizza, both turned out be sub-par in terms of quality. Pesto bread did not have any flavor, bread was over baked and was almost like a biscuit. Pizza just had loads of "red" sauce and copious amount of paneer pieces, but no sight of the other toppings like green peppers, tomatoes and onions (as listed).
