Red Robin rarely disappoints. They have a fantastic selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ample servings, and most locations cater to their locality with decor befitting the location. It's fun, lively, observant with kind wait staff. When you want classic fare, a large selection of burgers, and a family friendly environment, Red Robin is your place to go.
Have gone a few times this month since my kids love the burgers and Mac and Cheese. Service has been extremely slow. We're often left sitting there and the kiosk tool wouldn't even let us order. Seems understaffed and they should turn away folks and warn diners of the wait time. I don't think I can come back for a long time. The prior time, we were basically forgotten, and 4 tables seated after us got their food before us. I'd rather eat elsewhere with consistent service.
I just picked up my order from Red Robin for my sales staff @work. I arrived and around 10 people were patiently waiting for their pick up orders & to be seated. there was no hostess at all so I waited. The people were saying they haven’t even been talked to yet & their orders are very late. The guy at the bar was extremely rude to me when I went up to him twice to get an update & ask what’s going on. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional in everyway, & just an all around not good worker to a point I will never be back here again. Everyone else was great once the line cook came out I do not know his name but thank you sir
Food was great but they are wildly understaffed. I felt so bad for our waitress. She was the only waitress during the busy Sunday lunch rush.Red Robin should pay their staff more and be more competitive so they can have more people on staff.
Just about any red Robin. I mostly do takeout, but on past occasions have dined in to a decent experience. My takeout order this time was done right with all the customizations in place and without messing up what I'd asked for. Cheers to that. Also, as always, great milkshakes.

I did not see your name, cause I was a little delirious since it took me an 1.5 hours to pick up my order. I was unable to take lunch on time. But you didn't even ask. It was all accusation.
A good place for burgers with many options. With burgers they have options for pizzas, sandwiches and wraps as well. The customers can choose to have a vegetarian, chicken or beef based patty for any of their burgers. Most of the sides are bottomless and many of the beverages too. The milkshakes are delicious with quite some quantity.Our server Jessica was good, friendly and patient as we were a larger group took some time to order.There were many tables available by the time we got there around 8:00 PM on a Saturday evening. But make sure to call ahead and reserve a table.There are many parking spaces available as well.
This Red Robin is essentially the same as all the others. Great service, OK food, and an easy checkout/ordering process. Never disappointed, but also never excited.
I order through Google using Active Menus which I was a bit worried about since it adds an additional cog but everything was extremely smooth, everything was well communicated, my food came out right on time and the Whiskey Burger and Sweet Potato fries were delicious.
Nice restaurant for non vegetarian. For vegetarian they can try garden burger and some more. Hot chocolate was delicious
