The pizza was okay, but their wings werent good. Red Robin is known for burgers, so we plan to try them next.Among sauces our favorite was "campfire mayo"
The curbside system is horrible. You show up when your food is supposed to be ready, it never is. You end up waiting 30+ for the person to say they don’t have your online order, then they say they found it but its not ready. Then you call back 20 min later and its being bagged as we speak, then you call 10 min later and its being made “fresh and hot” and you still end up waiting past 40 min in curbside for food that will end up being wrong and incomplete. All I can do is ask myself why I continue to eat here. Don’t do it. Its no worth your time or money.
We have really appreciated the fact that Res Robin is allergy friendly and so it’s our “Go To” place for take out. Tonight, just like several of the last few times we’ve ordered via Grub Hub, one of our meals was completely wrong. Sometimes an item has been simply missing. Now there isn’t even a way to get a refund when this happens. It’s just too expensive to pay for dinner that is usually wrong or has food missing. I hope you turn things around, but we’ll be choosing differently for awhile.
My burger had no flavor and was more than "a little pink". Also, it was extremely soggy even though my driver was super quick to get it to me. It's a bummer paying almost $20 for a near raw, cold, soggy burger with no flavor whatsoever. It truly tasted like there was no burger seasoning. Pretty disappointing. I've been going to this location my whole life, and now I dont think I'll go back. I definitely wont order delivery from here anymore. I could make frozen burgers at home for a fraction of the price that taste 100% better.
This one is by far the worst RR in the region. The African American manager treated delivery drivers like he was a law enforcement officer, interrogating the drivers at the front door. They separate the to-go pick-up at another door with only one employee taking care of everything and usually he or she is not paying attention. Drivers have to wait outside in freezing or rainy winter days for a long time. Very bad experience here. I always reject or cancel delivery for this restaurant.
Greeted by a robin, best welcome ever (no batman)...great gourmet burgers with all the fixins, get the rippled chips, wings were good...excellent service and obliged all what was asked...two claws up ???
I went here with a few friends, the service was amazing and the food was great. I loved the fries and if you add a little of their seasoning it will taste delicious. I would also recommend their mozzarella sticks. The prices are a bit on the more expensive side, but definitely worth it in my opinion.

The food was good, however the service has A LOT of room for improvement. Even though there were only a few customers, we had to wave the waiter down numerous times to take our orders. It took more than 30 minutes to get our food. Employees were friendly but mostly unavailable. We like RR but it’s unfortunate to see how their quality has gone down.
Usually is one of our to go places. Unfortunately the service and food has deteriorated a lot post covidWe ordered garlic fries which was for sure old and refried.Cocktails are just water with sugar with no particular taste.
