Employees are rude, they made us wait in the queue for 15 min before saying we are out of food.Good is good but not impressed with the customer service.
Update below.Disgusting. The kitchen counters and floors were littered with trash and food stuffs. The staff didn't clean off the prep counter between customers so it had piles of food on it including cheese, salsa, different pieces of meat, etc. The guy checking me out and handing me my food sneezed into his arm three or four times, didn't wash his hands, and then proceeded to touch my food and the cup for my drink. ? The dining area was also dirty, although it was cleaner than the kitchen. I tried to sit in a booth at first, but the moment my jeans made contact with the bench they stuck as if I were sitting on the sticky side of duck tape. Not sure how they got an "excellent" rating from the county, but that needs to be reevaluated.UPDATE: I reached out to Qdoba with their reference number at their request. It's been 5 days and they have not contacted me back yet. I really dislike when companies issue a response to a bad review, especially ones that highlight major issues, but then don't follow up. It just looks like a cheap trick to try to negate the review.
Waited outside for 15 minutes and then called in and they said they’ll come open the door. Didn’t open the door they said they would open in 5 minutes and I asked if I could wait inside because it was 30 degrees out and she said well I actually don’t know when I’m opening.Recommendation maybe change your hours so I don’t waste my time. Open later so you can get your operation running.Any ways ooba tooba has way better food so I’d recommend just going down the block and going there
That white waitress, she had bad attitude. Like she don't care about customer. Plz don't be disrespectful with ur customer.
I haven't had a bad experience here. I have had from this particular store multiple times.
This qdoba will charge you extra for asking for a 2nd scoop for the mac and queso in the mac and queso bowl. I have never heard of that at any other qdoba and this is not written anywhere. It makes no sense that I can't actually fully fill my mac and queso bowl with mac and queso without being charged extra.
Ordered food online through their app. Received some other greens instead of Cilantro which tastes weird, multiple items were missing from bowl. Tomatoes and onions simply taste bad and stale. Will never order from here again.
Do not tell me that my online order will be ready at 11:52 and make me wait for extra 20 minutes when i come to pick up before it is actually ready. I understand that you can be very busy but so am I. Just give the accurate time! Last time I ordered anything at this place.
