If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Everyone knows the customer has many choices when dining. To the point that fast food is a commodity and it is the customer service that drives repeat business. At this location, do not expect good or even mediocre customer sevice...expect terrible. To the point that I will never be a patron of this location ever again.I ordered in line a burrito bowl and quesadilla. The manager checked me out and gave me the $.08 bag I paid for, charging me, handing me the bag, and giving me my receipt. The average consumer would believe all those steps means your order is complete and you may leave with your order. I get home and the quesadilla is missing. I call the store and the employee immediately knows why I am calling. I drive all the way back and it is been 30 mins since I had the original order made. I walk in and they want to give me a 30 minute old order that has just been sitting on the counter. Strike 1 for customer service. I politely request they remake it. They do so. I ask if they can compensate with something (maybe a cookie for my daughter) for not giving me the correct order and having to drive 20 minutes out of my way. Employee essentially blames me for leaving before my order was ready. I explained the manager handed me the bag and gave receipt....the universal sign for your order is complete. Keep in mind, I was not in a rush and didn't run out the store so they had ample time to tell me something was missing before I even reached the door (no one else was inside). He continued to say he couldn't do anything because it was not their fault. I asked for manager (the guy who originally was cashier) and I reexplained the situation and instead of being apologetic, he essentially also says it was not his fault. Strike 2. We go back and forth and he eventually agreed that when someone hands you a bag of food and gives you a receipt, it usually means your order is complete, yet still not his fault. He finally asks what I would like to compensate, but too late I didnt want anything...poor customer service cannot be taken back. Strike 3. The experience left me in awe and I will never go back there again. The employees and manager are in serious need of some training regarding customer service. I feel bad for the franchise owner because he has such subpar employees that they are driving business away. Saw three other customers while I was there during my 2 visists. Food is just ok. Go to Chipotle or another Qdoba where your business will be appreciated. Rant over.

I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. Maybe people just have very high expectations. Every place has its bad days, but Qdoba very rarely disappoints and I eat here regularly.Good portion sizes, great prices (by Redmond standards, anyway), and quality ingredients. I've never had food poisoning or a stomachache after eating here for 2+ years which is more than I can say for any other fast food place I've eaten at regularly for a long time. The macros (protein, carbohydrate, and fat content) are an especially great split for people who work out or are physically active in general.Qdoba is great for someone looking for something that tastes good, isn't priced too high, is fairly healthy, and is always fresh. Just be sure to drink plenty of water after eating salty foods.PS. Their bowl with brisket is my favorite

Closed today 1/9/21. No notices on the door, on any site. The door is just closed and the lights are off.Update: they actually came through and gave me two free meals.Just for the excellent user support and the fact that the food was fresh and well prepared (taste wise it's nothing out of the ordinary, almost like regular home food, very lean in flavor).

Do not order take-out from here. I have tried several times... It is always cold and they don't seem to care about proportions when you order delivery. I have had dine-in and take-out from this specific location for at least a decade. If you take-out, they will skimp you. I liked Qdoba before Uber Eats, when I had to go in and personally build my tacos/or burritos. I definitively recommend against delivery. I have only eaten there, through delivery, since COVID, about 2-3 delivery orders of sub-par Mexican fare.. I will not be ordering again. Small proportions and small amount of food is not worth it for the prices they charge. I would rather go to taco bell lmao.

A double standard in a restaurant by far.First the manager says" no indoor dining ,at this establishment "I asked "why can't I sit down.?"She said "no indoor dining because of Covid."I said "ok". The manager was very rude. As I left the restaurant. I looked back and saw her employees sitting at a table of which I couldn't sit at .....because of covid... come on wake up .don't go to Redmond Qdoba .unfair practice

The food here is pretty good but the staff is very off-putting. Just a glum "hey" when you walk in. I'm not saying that the employees here should be a ray of sunshine 24/7 especially with the current state of affairs with restaurant work conditions, but I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering the staff when I'm just trying to get food. It's dark quiet and sad in this location, not exactly what I think about first when deciding where to eat.

The two people helping me were slammed with mobile orders but still made me feel like a priority. They are doing such a great job in a tough situation!

Order a couple of chicken bowls through uber eats. The bowl was missing half of the ingredients that I had selected during order. Missing one ingredient might be ok but missing so many is just not done. If they don't have the ingredients, they shouldn't accept orders. Moreover the bowl was half filled, totally not worth the price I paid.No Fajita veggies, no corn, no tomato, no onions, no cilantro.

Employees are rude. They never ask if you want spicy or mild sauce or how you like your food. The female server just assume you will eat whatever she gives you!Poor management for this location Qdoba Redmond branch.Beware!

Nice, healthy and delicious but they are always out of some ingredient or the other. Sometimes fajitas, sometimes guacamole, even rice and meat. That’s disappointing considering they still bill you full.
