Potbelly is one of those shops that heat up the meat and cheese in an attempt to hide the poor quality of their luncheon meat. It's really bad.Assuming you're going to a shop like this for a meat-based sandwich, Potbelly fails to provide a quality product. Their meat is a bare step above Subway, but still filled with salt, fat, and clearly extruded from a tube before being sliced thinner than a dime. For the amount of money they charge, I could have walked next door to QFC and bought TWO deli sandwiches loaded with high quality Boar's Head meat.The shop itself is pleasant, clean, and the staff are friendly. But nothing can make up for that disgusting pressed meat-product.
Garbage manager! Ordered online through the app, then drove 25min (one way) through traffic during my lunch break to pick up some food, only to get there to see that they are closed. There was no indication that they were closed or my order was automatically shifted to tomorrow. The manager made the entire situation worse. I get it you're closed, you can't make a sandwich today, but when I gave him the opportunity to make the situation better, he couldn't be bothered. His lack of empathy was appalling. I wasted my entire lunch on driving to go see a half-baked, no can do attitude manager who shrugged his shoulders and told me and my coworkers to go away. I would be leaving a zero star if I could. This location is ok when its open but why are the hours always so random? Not open on weekends and they don't post any changes to their schedule online, but sure I guess it makes perfect sense to be closed at 1 PM on a Tuesday. No one ever wants lunch at that time.
They have nice Mediterranean veg sandwich option which has multiple varieties for toppings and dressings. It tasted very good. Not all location have same quality of sandwich but this place had good tasting sandwiches
Hot delicious subs, can't go wrong. Literally only downside is not the shop's fault, but probably franchise. During lunch it can get busy with physical and mobile orders, meaning you can easily get caught in a line.
I love this place but every time I come you’re closed 5 stars cause fire subs.
Food was ordered through their website, the order routed through door dash and marked as delivered while the food was not actually delivered. At this point it is clear there is a lack of care. We have had tried a few times with pot belly and the experience has been nothing but disappointing this whole time. From over priced poor sandwiches to terrible service and support. I don't think we would ever order from this place again in person or delivery. At this point Subway has higher quality sandwiches with better service.

I love potbelly sandwiches, which is why I’m giving 2 stars.However I was very disappointed with the service at this store. I ordered a Mediterranean without chicken and a few more substitutions. But what I got was a regular mediterranean chicken sandwich! I’m shocked how this can happen at 3 pm when there was no other customer in the restaurant. Worse was the casual attitude and lack of sympathy in serving meat on a vegetarian sandwich.They did initiate a refund but very much let down by this store.
