We love visiting this place! The staff is so kind and helpful and they make delicious, high quality pizzas! Also, they are very quick; you don't have to wait a lot to receive your pizza. Plus, we love their menu, it's a wide variety of great-tasting pizzas and side snacks.
Honest review. Ordered Garden fresh pizza & Jalapeno roll from door dash. Pizza was soft & delicious but jalapeño roll was ok in taste , I was expecting cheese in Jalapeño Roll .
Have gone down hill since they've done delievery thru 3rd parties, like doordash and uber eats. You can't tell when the person is coming, it takes 3x as long, and they'll just leave it somewhere random and mark it as delivered without calling or anything. And since they no longer have the fresh seal on the boxes, you can't tell if it's been messed with, which is kind of messed up. It feels short staffed, our pizza was cut sloppily and they messed up our toppings. Will stop coming here, it feels like they are sacrificing quality because they will not or cannot replicate the manpower they had in pre-covid days. Unsure if this is specific to this papa johns or a francise wide problem. Would rather support smaller local pizza places at this point.
We order from this location frequently. The food is always ready when we arrive, and the staff is super friendly.

The ‘epic’ stuffed crust was not epic. 40 dollars for the worst pizza experience of my life. Never eating here again. But the delivery guy was nice, sending love to papa johns employees everywhere because i know y’all need help after this.
Awesome staffing and good service, but hearing you don’t pay holiday pay for workers or benefits is a real disappointment knowing this store makes $$$ a year and can’t manage thats. Fix you business, cuz I won’t support one who won’t support their workers.

Not sure if this is Papa John’s usual quality of pizza or cheese sticks. Either way I was pretty disappointed. I don’t feel like these were actually cooked all the way. They were thin, lacked bread of any kind, and greasy. Boxes also didn’t have a tampersafe sticker of any kind, to protect it from the strangers who delivered it through DoorDash. Could have easily stole a garlic knot or touched my food.
Staff seemed a little frazzled at pick-up, but the pizza was extremely delicious!
