Hits the spot if you want warmed Chinese fast food. Price feels high for the taste.
Ordered delivery and found some shred of metal in my fried rice. Makes me wonder how much cross contamination happens in this location.
Reliable! The only American Chinese food place I go to that don’t get disappointed—- you can’t, they all taste the same which is what I am looking for ?
It's not 'express' if you have to wait in line for 25 minutes to order. They prioritize delivery services over walk-in and online ordering. They shut off online ordering regularly when they can't keep up. After 6pm, all the popular entrées are sold out. Food is ok, not great, once you get it. Plenty of faster, better quality Chinese take out in Redmond too put up with this place.
Panda Express tops when it comes to quick grab Asian food. The Kung Pao Chicken and Chowmein are my favorite on the menu with a delicious side of Spring rolls.
Overall, regular Panda Express food. If you like it in one, you will probably like it in another. Except the teriyaki chicken, which all times we have ordered it has been way more fat than meat. We love Panda, but this particular location has an issue with online orders.Last time we arrived, food was supposed to come out in twenty minutes. We shopped a bit and then went to pick it up. There were two people waiting. It looks like they were getting the first person's food ready. They gave to him and then finally acknowledged the second person who gave her name and they got her order ready. Finally me, same thing. So they weren't preparing the orders until you got there. What's the point of ordering online?? There were at least 7-10 people who went in the regular line and got their order before us as we waited. I finally left with my order 40 minutes after delivery. Twice as long as estimated, and only after informing them I was there. What made me more upset was that when there was no one in the regular line, there were two employees standing there waiting for customers. Meanwhile the one 'online order' employee was rushing around trying to fulfill the orders. Why couldn't they help her meanwhile another customer arrived? One star for okay food. One star for the employee trying to fulfill orders. Even then, she could definitely work on at least acknowledging the people in line. That's not just this occasion. Regularly you just stand around hoping someone makes eye contact to pick up your order. It's uncomfortable and feels like it's gotten worse every time we've visited. Two stars is all this place is worth to me and this will be the last time we visit.
Ordered a bowl with honey Walnut shimp. The man literally counted the number of shimp he put in my bowl then took one out. It was less than half the amount of orange chicken you usually get. So they charge you more for less. Never eating here again.
All you could expect from a great Panda Express location. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the food is consistent.
I am very disappointed with this location. I have been SEVERAL times and NEVER had an issue, but this last time I went will deter me from ever going again. My child is allergic to nuts and they have always been respectful of this and made a low mein special for my family separate seeing as the one that is made ahead of time is placed right next to the walnut shrimp. This last time I went in an employee said they CANNOT do it for us because it is not company policy. He said that he doesn't know why they did it before either. I then asked him if he was a manager and he said no. I asked him to speak with the manager to which he replied, "She is right there but she is too busy." Wow! Too busy to speak with a paying customer who frequents their establishment? He hadn't even consulted the manager before speaking on her behalf. I simply just walked out. I hope this employee will pay the money that this location will continue to lose from my family of 4 for all the future times we would've gone.
Bring back the black pepper chicken and I would give 5 stars.
