This is the 2nd time I've been to this establishment 1st time I got white meat on my chicken teriyaki when I ordered dark. Tonight I ordered chicken teriyaki extra rice I got home Open up the Box And it did not look right I was right. If I would have wanted heat I would have asked for it So keep up the good work Keep doing what you're doing and sooner or later you will be out of business
Always great food from this place. Have had the beef, pork, and chicken teriyaki, the tonkatshu - even the chicken fried rice and gyoza. Awesome every time!
Whenever I'm in redmond which is often this is my go to place.
I walked into Niko Teriyaki and told the cashier that I was waiting for an order I had placed on UberEats. After he informed me that he didn’t have any orders from UberEats, I realized that I never submitted the order. I checked the app, submitted the order, and took a short walk.When I returned to pickup the order, the cashier was visibly upset and asked if I wanted to order “this time” - it was clear that he didn’t realize that I had left after submitting my order through UberEats.I tried to explain the misunderstanding during which he got very defensive and tried lecturing me. A simple miscommunication turned into a very bad customer experience for me.
Their chicken teriyaki is amazing. I highly recommend.

Went in person to make the order for Chicken Teriyaki and clearly called out the spice level -- mild spicy, 2/5 -- they gave me this smoking red hot piece of lava that I couldn't eat at all. When I went back, they refused to open the door since they were closing. Sorry, 2 star.
I love this place. The meat has always been tender, the portions are generous for the price, and the guys working are always super friendly.
I love eating here, I have had the teriyaki be a little dry but seems to be most towards the end of the night and I get it they don’t want to cook meat and have it go to waste. Other then that it’s a great place to eat!!!!
Had chicken Terriyaki, delicious big portion.I’ll definitely be back!Employees do follow covid guidelines , and enforce the use of masks in the restaurant “when not eating”
