I’m actually really disappointed. I ordered in person…first glance I saw that the place was a mess. The meat was mixed in with the veggies. I am a vegetarian so I had to be careful in the veggies I had on my pizza. There was meat in the pineapple, mushrooms, onions… i didn’t get those. But even after being careful, I found sausage pieces in my pizza. I’m only vegetarian for personal reasons but what about the people who have food allergies? Really disappointed with the cleanliness and organizational skills of this mods. The quality went down the drain.
I like their pizza in general but order was missing some items, roasted garlic just tasted like raw garlic this time for some reason. And they set the no name cake on top of the pizza for pickup so it was a melted gooey mess by the time I picked it up. Would recommend to staff that they don’t put the cakes on top of hot pizza! Ran in on my lunch break so didn’t have time to check anything before I left.
Always a delight dinning here. The grits are on point, I'm a southern lady and have standards on my grits. The bacon is cooked to be floppy but if you ask they'll do it crispy for you. Wait staff has always been quick and helpful. Great place for brunch!
I enjoyed eating out here, but the staff seemed so busy to take my order. Which was very rude. However, when i finally took a bite of pizzza i overlooked the staff. I can say the delivery is fast, and hot ready to eat. Thank you.M..
Pizza was awful. I ordered roasted garlic and lots of veggies what I got was awful looking pizza with hardly any veggies and raw garlic. Will never order from here again
Workers are awesome! They're always looking forward to making sure you get exactly what you want.They're extremely popular so if your bothered by them being a bit behind I would recommend going earlier.
Every detail that is easier to teach is very uniform (same quality every time we go): cooking ingredients, dough, speed, payment, even handling random requests.The only weakness they have is the actual cooking in the oven. I appreciate it's on a wooden oven but it's hard to do it right and to be consistent which does show when you see the pizza undercooked or overcooked sometimes (even the same pizza). This is basically being able to read the temperature of the oven inside every part and placing several pizzas in a way that doesn't burn them and ensure they are properly cooked.If they find a way of being consistent with the cooking this place will become a 5 star place for me.
I usually frequent this MOD pizza, but I came here with my mom a couple weeks ago and was blown away by the customer service and kindness from a worker named Natalie. We came in right before closing and usually you would expect workers to be eager to shut the store down and a little disgruntled, but Natalie went above and beyond to ensure we got high quality pizzas and amazing service. She was so kind and possesses leadership qualities; definitely deserving of a promotion! :)
Good build-your-own pizza at an amazing price point!
Ordering ahead is the best bet, not your basic pizza joint. Interesting flavor combination and unique toppings. I love the Caspian. Clean and nice atmosphere. The midi size is perfect for just me. I recommend the summer strawberry salad when they have it.
