They specialize in cuisine from northwestern region of China with lots of flour based dishes so if you are looking for low carb food this isn’t the place for you. Our favorite is the Big Platter Chicken, which is shown below. We’ve always ordered this dish whenever we dine here. The portion is huge so don’t expect that you will be able to finish it. Just enjoy what you can and pack the rest to go.

Favorite place for biang biang noodles and spiced beef and tendon. I love their cumin beef noodle, if you love jalapenos, it is a must try. Their biang biang noodles are nice and chewy and they give you a generous portion with many different toppings choices. Being a major Szechuan food fan I must say they have some of the best spiced beef and tendon that I have ever tried and I've tried many.
like their lamb bread soup. The other noodles with sauce have great flavor but could be too oily sometimes. Pick up is quick.
Ordered lots of times from here. Get great service every time. Great food with very natural spice. Highly recommend!
Noodles were delicious but service could be worked on.
Easy parking. They also deliver via chowbus, hungry panda, Weee! and Uber Eats. This store has a higher than average level of concern related to COVID. They are very cautious. The dinning area just recently opened. There is no outdoor seating. They are right across from Goodyear Tires and next to T-Mobile.
We sat outside of the restaurant. They are not open for dine-in inside yet. Really fast and good service. The biang biang noodles are excellent, they are the most chewy noodles I’ve had among all the noodle places I’ve been to in Seattle area.
I had a take out order of Lamp Noodle Soup. It was great and very traditional. It have enough meat for a price like 11 and so is the noodle. I will be back for other dishes! 4/5 for the flavor, but I am a bit picky on food!
Food is just ok but the service is bad. dont order online as they dont realize your order is in, they only start to prepare your food when you show up at “scheduled” time to picknup.. you wait 15 min minimum, if you are lucky.
