Jocelyn is a rockstar. I am so glad she is at this location now. I have come here for several years and up until the pandemic always had perfectly made decaf blended mochas. When the pandemic hit there was turnover in employees and for over two years had to settle for super thin blended mochas, nothing that had met the previous bar. Last week Jocelyn perfected it. She said the decaf hotshot can do that unless the barista adds a little more ice. Here’s hoping Mercury’s can train the others to perfect that delicious drink. Nothing beats Mercury’s and Jocelyn, thank you! I was almost ready to try other places.
My favorite coffee chain by far! I love alternating through the different signature drinks and the baristas are always kind!
