Ok 5 stars for a McDonald’s. I don’t know what everyone else’s issues are. But the fries are the best of any McDs I’ve had in a while. The burgers are hot and fresh. The staff is nice and helpful. I feel people are expecting too much from these poor kids just trying to make a buck.
Usually quick with orders. The drive-through usually moves along well. Food is done as expected.
Kerb side delivery - of food thar must have been set waiting for far too long. Fries were cold, burgers passable. Understand the drivethru was busy, but food needs to be hot.
I was here on 12/07/21 at about 6:45pm.The lady who took orders at the drive though was helpful, patient and knowledgeable, the lady who handed me the food was nice, the nuggets and fries were fresh and cooked just right, and they kept the drive through line moving along surprisingly fast! What more could you ask from a McDonalds?
Went walking with grandsons and it started to rain very hard so thought I’d treat them with fries and hot chocolate. I carry masks and vax info on my phone just in case I need it and attempted to go in. The manager met me at door and said lobby was closed. Why? Because some people were giving them a hard time about showing vax cards. I said “because 2% of your customers don’t want to follow a rule you are going to punish the other 98%? That makes no sense.” He said I could order on line or go through drivethru - even though he could see I was standing in pouring rain with a stroller and a 3 yr old on foot. This location has a range of problems with getting orders correct and serving cold food as mentioned in other reviews. Don’t bother.
Took so long, the worker that was on the p.a. took our order with rude comments, we had to wait again for our food then it was cold. Don't go to this place.
I Never do this but just go somewhere else to eat. That one star is default they don't even deserve that.

Slowest McDonald’s in the United States You can easily wait 15 to 20 minutes in the mornings with only 10 cars in front of you., Meals usually incorrect, the people working often can’t speak understandable English. They have trouble with their credit card readers and usually want to take your phone by hand and bring it into the drive thru window rather than fix the reader. Also there are teo drive up stations to place your order and frequently the first one doesn’t work and so people back up waiting for an answer, but inside they don’t know anyone’s there.Just sloppy all around. Not your typical McDonald’s.
