Went to the drive through around 1:35am. The lights were still on inside, there were a couple vehicles parked right in front, and the drivethrough is supposed to be 24hrs. I sat in the drivethrough for 5min without any response. As I drove away past the pay window, I could see through a mirror someone pop up as though they'd been ducking.Very disappointing, as this location usually has excellent service.

I had placed a mobile order on the McDonald's app and went to pick it up myself. Curbside pick up was turned off and the drive through line was ridiculously long, all well so I waited in the line. When I got to the window I was told by the man at the window, Jason, to park at spot one and that they'd bring me my food to me made fresh. Mind you I didn't order that much so there really was no need but I did so anyways out of curiosity. I assumed it was due to my order had some modifications and they messed up so they had to redo it. I wasn't worried about it until I had sat and waited for half an hour if not more and watched as multiple cars got their food in the line and left. Confused I went inside to find out what was taking so long. When I walked in I was ignored for 5 minutes before I was finally helped. I explained what was going on and every employee said they didn't know their window guy had parked me. They rushed to get my order to me and I left. When I got home to eat I realized that none of my food had the modifications I requested as well as no sauce as requested. I am very disappointed with this service and the lack of communication skills in the store between employees. I will now refuse being parked as this experience was absolutely ridiculous to me. I would suggest others do the same.

Super rude employee at the food window. She got our drink order wrong and when we asked for it to be corrected she said: we are really busy very rudely. Wouldn’t take the wrong one back to throw away-we didn’t have room for it. Then gave us our new drink with pop dripping all down the side.

Placed an order through the app location open till 11 once I got there four people just standing around in line, No one brought out my order went through the drive-through the lady stated they were close because they were shortstaffed and there was nothing she could do pathetic and not an excuse. This is my neighborhood McDonald’s and this is not the first time! Will be reporting this location to corporate.

Slowest drive through in this area, 30min and we are still only past the ordering window. If you refuse to open your restaurant for dine-in, then you gotta keep moving the line. I could have driven all the way to Shake Shack at the same time and probably had my food faster. Sigh... can't recommend it anymore.

Please check your order after you get it from this location. At least in my case, this location has the tendency to “miss” items in the order. Not once but 3-4 times. Once might be a slip, but since this has happened multiple times, it’s concerning and I wanted to leave this feedback. Please ask your person delivering the food to check the order thoroughly before handing it over to customers. Not everyone can come back asking for a missing burger!!

nothing like just wanting a nice hot chocolate to warm you up on a rainy day, but you just get scalding hot milk. no flavor at all. definitely made my day so much better. thanks mcdonald’s

I placed an order by specifically mentioning not to add sausage. But they added sausage. Happened to me more than once and I had to drive back to the store to exchange the order.

Rudest and nastiest McDonald’s I would never eat at this location again. Can’t believe staff would treat a customers so poorly.

Isn’t McDonald’s supposed to be considered “fast food dining “I guess as long people keep lining up in the drive-thur for a ten minute wait to order there food, I guess there’s no reason for them to hire employees to work inside…
