Took one hour to get my food. I ordered online and waited their ten minute estimation. When I went in I was completely ignored. Saw another family come in an ordered before anyone talked to me. The family of four who had multiple food items got their food before me who just had two burgers and fries. They forgot the fries and had to wait an extra 5 minutes. I have worked in the service industry for 7 years and this is by far the worst place I have eaten. The food was bland and small for the $40 I spent. My milkshake was gross. Didn’t even finish any of my food. Extremely disappointed that I had to leave a review like this.
Food was pretty good, but it took 45 minutes and they weren’t even that busy. When I checked on our food after 30 minutes they were dismissive saying we had a “big order”. My wife and I with two kids, seems like a pretty standard order (3 burgers and a kids Mac and cheese). Also they screwed up 2 out of 3 burgers and forgot all 3 drinks.Won’t be back. Bummer because the burgers were decent, but the place was pretty gross too.
Ordered on Uber eats and 3 different drivers came to pick up the order but it wasn’t ready. I called 1.5 hours after I placed the order and the girl that picked up said that it was being prepared because the driver just got there, but when I told her that this was the second driver trying to pick up and when I called the driver they said that they had been waiting there for 15 minutes; she said that they were just backed up with online orders -which I totally understand and tried to be kind about it but was met with a quick hang up and no effort to be personable. When the third driver arrived they said it was already picked up. so I called again spoke to the manager who was abrupt and condescending … he said the order had already been picked up and that he knows that for a fact because he prepared the order, when I mentioned the girl that I spoke to 20 minutes prior said it was currently being cooked he couldn’t give me an answer and was pretty rude. First review I’ve ever left in this tone but when your kiddo is hungry and you’re just straight up told some nonsense I felt compelled to echo other reviews that this place has some opportunity for improvement.
Made our shake first and let it sit on the counter for 25 minutes. Took 30 minutes for them to get our food out, and didn't bother to call a name so we had no idea our food was done. Despite a simple order, people who ordered after us got theirs first. Food was ok, but room temp, fries not crispy. Straws were just in a box not individually wrapped so felt unsanitary.Oh, and the ordering kiosk didn't have item descriptions or pictures on it, so you'd have to guess if using that.
Good tasting burger and always loved the pork rinds even though it doesn't show up on the menu.
The bud light they served me had soap in it or some other extremely strong fragrance. The taste was so strong it stayed in my mouth for the next hour or so. I gave it to the gentleman who was working in the kitchen and he dumped it out and tried to figure out what was going on. Some lady with orange hair came out from the back and asked me "Where did your beer go? Did you drink it all?" Insinuating that I was up to something sinister. Didn't apologize, didn't offer to help me figure out what potentially dangerous chemicals I just ingested. Nothing. The cashier who took our order eventually came out with a sincere apology and they replaced my beer with a different option. Oddly enough, they couldn't get me another bud light because the tap magically broke right after they poured my disgusting beer. What a coincidence.
It’s a horrible place. We ordered a kids chicken burger and it came out to be really hard chicken wrapped inside a bun. It didn’t even a cheese on it, when did American burgers not have a cheese?The adult menu Cluck chicken burger was the same too.When we told the cashier about this situation, they were equally useless and just denied to help out in any way.Please stay away from this place and don’t spend money on it. Remember they also charge 3% “service charge” in addition to the tax and tip.
Overcooked chicken and charge $.25 for a minimal amount of sauce. 2 starts because fries are decent, though undercooked. Lowest tip amount the kiosk allows is 18%.
Burgers and fries were really good! I got a Boston creme shake that was out of this world! Fries were made really crispy! Loses one star bc cashier didn't speak English that well and charged me for an item but never gave it to me.
Some of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten!The place is slightly expensive though, as other reviews also point out.
