Decent coffee. The Brazilian cheese bread is gluten free and tastes great, especially with caramel! Staff was nice, and the service was quick.
Good staff who can recommend a snack from a tasty selection of Brazilian foods, from hot dog or cheese rolls (savory) to coconut treats (sweet). Plenty of seating available for friends
Favorite place to have a breakfast! The acai energy bowl is well balanced and delicious. The Brazilian latte is perfect.
Friendly environment, nice designs, good coffee and hot dogs, you have to be a little patient because of shortage.

In my eyes, this is probably where I’ll come to work instead of a Starbucks in the future.Super friendly and helpful service, amazing Brazilian latte, and really liked their cheese bread breakfast sandwich.Wifi is free here, and there’s plenty of parking around the Redmond town center, so swing by for some Brazilian coffee and to get some focus time.The only reason I wouldn’t give this place a perfect 5 stars is, as noted in some of the other reviews, cleanliness could be a bit better. Totally understandable as things are just starting to open up again, but the bathroom was completely out of toilet paper when I visited and it seemed like there were crumbs/stains on quite a few of the tables.
2 stars because of the service. If it were even a little better, they'd probably get 4 stars from me.I dont drink coffee, but I get one for my wife every week after our daughter's swim class across the street. From the time I place my order (a coffee and a treat for kiddo) to the time I get it, it's been on average 25 minutes. They don't even heat up the treat because they take so long I don't want to wait for it.To be fair, no one is rude, so not criticizing the behaviors of the staff. But the place isn't that busy either. I've been to other cafés that are much busier and take less time for my typical order. I will be checking other Kitandas to see of this is systemic or a singular case.If all you care about is good coffee and don't care how long it takes to get it, this place shouldn't be overlooked.
Extremely below average coffee and the coconut dessert was old. Definitely go to Starbucks then this. You only good thing about this place is the colorful yellow colored cups.
Kitanda used to be a really nice alternative to all of the big chain coffee shops with delicious coffee and food and attentive service with a friendly staff. now the customer experience has declined because of slow service and/or rude staff. customer retention depends on not just a good product(s) but also on good customer engagement.
Great place to have coffee with an South American flair, lots of condensed milk. Reminds me of visiting the Caribbean.
This is HANDS DOWN the best café in all of Redmond. The coffee and chai tea is unreal! They make amazing food items that are seriously out of this world. Prices are incredibly fair, they have these bread balls that you'll end up wanted to get a half dozen of! Ignore the few disgruntled customers posting bad reviews this place is the absolute best! Haha go check out Kitanda you won't be disappointed!
