Chicken is fabulous.
Disappointing. The south sound locations are better minus renton's sides are terrible. In most locations you can see them prepare the food which is comforting. At this location you can not. I do not understand how I order they say they have to go to the back to prepare my order or get my chicken yet they can get,prepare and make everyone's food from the front...?Then, the only thing they make for me up front is the masked potatoes which she seem to oddly throw slop style with the spoon into the bowl while gossiping with the man standing next to her looking at me with attitude???? I wish they made the kitchen like other locations where you can see the food being prepared up front. I have never complained about their I just throw it away or refund bad experiences. I had low standards in this place in the past but I don't understand the need to go to the back of the restaurant to get chicken or to fix or make or put together my sides or boxes...it's strange. I asked once why can't you get my chicken from the front and he said there's more chicken in the back????
10min wait just to order on average. Note: only two poeple in the drive thru. Everytime. Good food though.
Not even one piece of lettuce in the burger. Delivery took an hr, food came all cold.
0 star - misplaced, not processed order, & lies about waiting time, multiple times. Long waiting time, no apology, rude attitude, no respect, & no customer services.
We bought a bucket chicken with 9pieces today. We saw a lengthy hair inside chicken piece. Its not hygienic one. Very disappointed.
I'll rate 0 stars or negative stars if I could. That's how much the food quality and taste is in this store or any other KFC. The worst food I ever had. I bought a 10pc chicken bucket and 2 chicken burgers here. Both were really bad. After taking few bites we had to threw away the food. I lost my appetite for the whole day, and probably I won't be able to even think about eating chicken anywhere else for at least a month. Sorry for the hate though. I'm never going to KFC ever again.
Today I ordered a meal at Bear Creek KFC and my receipt/napkins/wipes were in the box with my food? And no bag? My fries were cold, no butter for biscuits chicken was not cooked to KFC standards. The customer service was poor, I will no longer be bringing my business to this establishment and will caution others.
Food is sometimes hit or miss, but got the chicken strip and it was fresh, hot and well prepared. Staff was not very friendly, but times are hard. No napkins or utensils were given which was not great as I was eating in my car.
terrible attitude. if a cashier with long hair doesn't like working with people, why choose such a profession.
