I was excited to return to this location due to the prompt and ready pick up system and decided I would take a look at how they make my sandwich by ordering inside this time, was really disappointed that they used all bottom of the barrel ingredients that looked pretty tired messed up, the onions were literally touching the mayonnaise and the pickles were also in the mayo.. idk if I caught them before a lunch break or someone getting off but I was not satisfied. I don’t like not paying for things I order but I will not eat this sandwich. Currently heading to another location cause I honestly don’t wanna eat this sandwich. Donating to the nearest homeless. I can’t have onions due to allergy. I just didn’t wanna make a big deal since I hate confrontation.
This location closes at 9pm according to Google and the sign on the door. Went in at 8:40, the guy at the counter was friendly and started taking my order. He finished taking my order when his coworker came out and said, “we’re closed” and told me they couldn’t make the order. The two proceeded to bicker about whether or not they could make the order before finally telling me again that they were closed. I don’t make it a habit of going to restaurants right before closing, but I personally don’t consider 20 minutes cutting it too close to closing. And if you’re closed, maybe start by locking the door or at least telling me before I waste my time ordering.
This location is too far from where I live currently, so it just makes my commute insanely tough for no reason. I asked my friend and #1 rival, Mark, who works at this location (I think) to move one closer to me, but he didn't and now I'm mad about it. I have to go eat at the Subway across the street from me when I could be eating a giant number 13 sub the Mike's way. Smh, thanks Mark. The picture below perfectly describes how Jersey Mike's has personally made me feel as a Latino.
This is sort of a curious restaurant. The franchise owner is usually there. He sets the tone with what appears to be an intense focus on the sandwiches but barely notices the actual customer. The sandwiches are better than average. Is this achieved by directing attention away from the customer and directing it to the actual sandwich? When a sandwich is made correctly, what is the importance of a smile? These are deep questions you will need to answer from yourself. What I can tell you is that the workers talk to the customers in the same way the franchise owner speaks with the employees. This business is more than a sandwich store. It is a lesson in leadership.
Excellent customer service.I tried to use the free Saturday delivery, but the dasher stole my food. I went in to the store and they quickly made a replacement sandwich.Thank you!
Great place for food, staff is good at what they do, staff is extremely pleasant especially Paul as he took the time and interest to make sure I got the exact sandwiches I wanted.
This was my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's location because we don't have one in South Dakota. The staff here was friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. They even gave me a free cookie because they heard me say it was my first time there!
Freshly made, always delicious, and pretty quick!
Awesome, friendly crew & fresh subs.
They need to hire Latinos to show your workers how to work fast 30 minutes waiting for a sub and your workers are turtles and they are talking
