Amazing experience, went in twice because the customer service was just that great aside from the delicious subs of course. Each time I was welcomed in. The two guys working there (didn’t catch their names) were very nice and although it was busy I felt ok waiting a bit because of they’re great customer service. I will definitely be going back !
Went in for a pickup order at the time it was supposed to be ready. After waiting 5 minutes I asked how long and they said they were working on it. After 10 more minutes passed and all customers that were in line waiting when I got in were long gone, they asked what order mine was. And when I told the only 50-60 year old working there, I was told “I know it’s hard to make $10 an hour and be a delivery driver” attempting to hurt my feelings or something. I then refused to talk to him and asked some other guy who told me they have to wait for the customers in store to be helped when they literally had gotten there after my order was already supposed to be ready. Besides the disrespect from a man that makes less then me with a 40 year age gap, there was 2 young workers in hats that were doing an amazing job helping everyone. Ironically the 2 guys that were disrespectful to me were the ones that seemed to not be doing much at all. Came on here to see many similar reviews, might want to get new employees!
If I could give zero I would.. regular sized sandwich was smaller than a mini and surface was very far below sub par.. no questions asked just get a sandwich and by on your way. Used to like getting food here but no more
Delicious. Presentation was beautiful crisped rosemary cheese bread.ADA - no button to push, grateful I wasn't using my walker this day or you would need to call or grab an assist.
It's faster to go into the store and wait in line to get your sandwich than it is to order online and go pick it up. My sandwich was late and, after checking in with the till, the line served 12 people order-to-sandwich before mine showed up. Go to a different location if you are ordering ahead.
If I could give them a zero I would. Multiple times now I have shown up after the app says it will be ready only to find out they haven’t even started it. This location is disorganized and cannot even do the simple things like customer service. Also told me to cancel the order via the app and you can’t do that.
Just spend $20 and get the wrong sandwich and now they're closed so I can't get a new one. Ordered it online and everytbing else was correct, just not this sandwich. Probably not going back for a while...
Forgot items, Did not send correct sandwiches and didn’t follow instructions. I had to call the restaurant about 20 times to get them to answer the phone (not exaggerating could’ve been more. Yes, they actually ignored the call that many times). When they finally did answer they politely provided excuse after excuse for why they couldn’t fulfill the order properly. (Apparently the people in person are more important than take out customers). I understand being short staffed at a time like today. But I don’t understand not following the instructions that are right there in the app. I also do not appreciate the lack of courtesy of not notifying the customer that you were out of a particular item. The customer should be given the option to decide how to proceed rather than just assuming something else completely different would be suitable. Eventually the gentleman told me a refund would be processed although to date (more than 2 weeks later) it never was. Guess he forgot about that too. Will not be ordering from here again.
Exceptional attention to detail! The people who work here are kind and quick. I definitely will be coming here again!
