Good bubble tea; lots of fun, different drink types. The food was good. I enjoyed the set up and how open it felt. Nice staff.

Amazing chill atmosphere with good boba
Terrible customer service and very dirty place.
Had to go up to counter to ask for a box, refills on drinks, everything. Never had anyone come over except for my order. Otherwise, food was great, portion size of my pho was amazing, my wife's noodle plate was a little small. Would go here again, just not going to expect it to be anywhere near a restaurant in terms of service.
Horrible service!!! I have been waiting for over 15 minutes now at the register and no one even attempted to take my order. The old guy did look at me but then disappeared to the back. I am literally writing this review while waiting to order. I spoke with other customers who had already ordered their drinks and they have been waiting over half an hour. The place was not busy. I counted 6 people eating and 2 people waiting for the drinks. Not coming here ever again
