I was there last night with my husband and the lady at the drive through was being very rude to us. I was trying to explain to her that we wanted 2 shakes with our meals and she kept telling me she couldn't understand me and to explain myself 3 times and each time I would open my mouth to try and explain to her she would cut me off. She then just said she didn't want to talk anymore and turned the mic off and told is to drive up to the window. When I got there she gave us alot of attitude and the guys in the back started laughing at us. I felt very embarrassed and at that point wanted to just drive off. This is the 3rd time this has happened here with very rude customer service. I've never experienced this at any other fast food restaurant. It's only when I come here. She was by far the rudest lady I've ever talked to. I really hope she gets fired. A person who acts and talks like this to customers should not be working there.
My son and I went around 6:00p on a Saturday and almost left because we thought they were closed since there was nobody in the drive-thru lane and the store seemed dark, but they were open. Service was quick and friendly. The chocolate milkshake, strawberry milkshake, ultimate cheeseburger, and spicy chicken sandwich that my son and I ordered were good. Unfortunately our large fries were cold; clearly they had been sitting around a while.
I was there tonight at the drive thru and I tried to explain to the lady that my spicy chicken sandwich was not cooked properly and if she can make sure this time it cooks well. She gave me a attitude and told me she can’t do anything cause it’s based on the timer how it cooks. She needs some coaching from her management on how to treat customers and how someone feels they paid for the food that was undercooked.I wish they can improve their customer service and food quality and not just focus on typing in an order and collect hourly pay.

I just ordered about 30 mins ago... after switching my price around and hassling me about my coupon because the male cashier told me one thing but the manager ran up to the widow saying something completely different then the male cashier totally threw me under the bus making it my fault, I get home to discover my meal being completely wrong! I ordered 2 buttery jack combos, my burger is literally half made with no veggies on it and it's just meat, cheese, bacon (which isn't even an ingredient on my original order) and a glob of some type of nasty sauce..Also I checked my bag after they handed me my food (which most people commonly do) I realized they had missed an Item, told the male cashier who gave me more attitude like I did something out of the ordinary by checking my bag
This is my favorite go to late night spot for iced coffee. It's always a hit. Since I live in a sleepy town where everything shuts down before dark it seems like we are forced to patronize fast food. They have a patty melt that is ok - definitely too much bread & mini patty. The chocolate molten cake is a hit always. But they meet a need so four stars.
The food is good the workers when I have gone here in the past questionable nice but weird and it doesn't comfort me that the cooks are behind a metal cage stand area. After weird experiences at KFC Redmond I am turned off by cages where ya can't see the cook.One worker after we ordered here once came over and started sweeping and standing over my table while I was having my meal it was weird like why are you behind and right up on the back to clean the other table that isn't dirty lol. It was creepy like dude give some space lol.
I stopped by this location at approximately 4:45 p.m, place wasn't busy only a couple cars in line. I order a number 6 meal with curly fries. The burger was alright but you can definitely notice that those fries were not anywhere near fresh. They must have been testing the limits on how long you can leave those fries in the warming tray and still be good. They fries in the middle of the cup were practically room temperature which at that point tasted gross and made me mad. Please stop serving cold fries.
They have got to get thuer speakers fixed or get better mics ? for the pit...ordering has been really rough the last 2 times we were there.
This place stays open! No matter the weather! I truly hope the owners and managers appreciate these people! They’re always nice and my order is always correct!
