The homemade fries made in peanut oil are the best! The burgers are classic in style and flavor. Very consistent too. Ive never been disappointed with my food here. Also, the service is always great. I have been going to this location for over a decade and each time I have had friendly servers; every single time. Which is pretty rare. I love going to this spot. ☺ I highly recommend stopping in here.
Charged me twice for the same meal.One on credit card and one cash.When I called today after u saw the charge on my credit card, he asked me to fill up a form and send his manager an email.He could simply check the register for that info.Be careful when paying with cash, they first said that the do not break a 100, then they ask u to charge ur credit card.

My 1st time @ 5 guys in Redmond.I placed my order online. I called when they said it was ready. I spoke to a very nice young man.He could not anwser my question.I simply asked if someone could bring it out to me because I am disabled and cannot hardly walkHe said I would have to talk to the managerShe was RUDE, NOT WANTING TO LET ME HAVE CURBSIDE EVEN THOUGHT THE SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR CLEARLY STATES CURBSIDE, DELIVERY OR TAKE OUT.SHE huffed a little bit more & told me I WILL DO IT THIS TIME, BUT DON'T EVER EXPECT THIS SERVICE AGAIN.I don't care how the food tastes she ruined the entire dinner for my husband and I.Not my fault I have a disability. Don't you consider that I would love to be able to walk again.NEVER GOING BACK THERE BECAUSE OF HER RUDNESS.
Nicely lit and well maintained place to dine-in. There used to be free peanut inside the restaurant , it’s not available anymore. But the are still maintaining the quality of the food.Now they have vegetarian options and their fries are still good. You should definite try their Cajun potato fries.

I ordinarily love Five Guys, but for the 3rd time in a row, my order was missing a requested topping, which I then had to chase down while my burger was getting cold! Very poor QC!
