TL:DR - Some of the best BBQ in the state with plenty of beverage choices and a slight oscillation in quality. The brisket is usually the best meat with the rest being more often too dry or lacking enough flavor alone The sides are pretty good if you stay away from the chili and salad. There's a noticeable lack of corn-based cake products. The Carolina-style mustard sauce is usually a dynamic and wonderful choice. The virginia-style sweet red is pretty typical, good but average, solid but not exciting.I would definitely go here more than once if you crave BBQ and want to form an opinion for yourself.
Ordered a meat combo plate. The meat was tender and moist. It had good flavor but definitely wasn't smoked as I expected and led to believe. Many choices of tap beers. The staff was friendly and not over attentive. The television already had a hockey game on!Being this establishment is close to the house, I'll be back but I'll stick to the basic bar type food; burgers and tater tots!
Great place to go hangout with friends. They have good selections of beers and ciders. For the person not watching to much TV their screen can be overwhelming. The food was ok, not my favorite. Staffs are very friendly and kind. Would recommended!
Eastside Beerworks has a terrific selection of suds--from IPAs to Porters to Stouts. And the food is delicious. There is seating outside--a great place to dine on a lovely afternoon, or with your favorite dog. I believe anyone who dines there will return again and again.
Really enjoyed coming here on a weekday evening. We came in right before the dinner rush and easily got a table in the bar area. I ordered a cider flight and the brisket mac and cheese. The flight was good. I just wish you could make your own flight for beer or cider as they only have preset flights. The brisket Mac and cheese was amazing! I would easily come back again just for that dish. My partner ordered a porter flight and brisket sandwich. They really enjoyed their food too. We’ll easily come back again soon!
Decent items on the menu to choose from. We ordered several dishes to try. The beef brisket to me was not soft. We had to send back the tater tots because it wasn't fried much. They refried it and it was better. For me all the dishes were ok. I liked the tomato bisque the best. The waffles were good. Not soft and mushy like a lot of places. My boyfriend liked everything and said he would go back. I can take it or leave it. Service was good.
Friendly staff. Limited beer selection. Would like to see more variety. I can get a glass of Manny's anywhere. But they had a lot of empty taps so probably under better circumstances they would have more to offer. Nice spot for a quick sip and I'll definitely return.
I want to start out by saying that the food has been amazing. And my past experiences a few months back were good. However, the past 3 times I went here, it has been with the same waiter. Here's the issue. He's very forgetful. 1st time there, he took mental notes as we ordered, then went and got us the wrong food and drink. He said he'll take it back but I decide to use eat it. 2nd time, everything was ok except that we were waiting for him for 30 mins and he never checked on us to bring the check. We went inside to pay after the wait. Today, the 3rd time we saw him again, already braced for the worse, he took mental notes with our order, came back to double check and brought us wrong drinks. While placing my drink on the table, he slipped and spill the whole thing on me. I smile and told him it's fine he insisted that he'll comp my drink. I didn't care because it's just coke. The check came and he charged us anyway which was fine with me. But I want to leave a review here because I genuinely think that he never actually remembered any of those things that happened. I've love this place for the food but the service has gone down hill. I want to go back but I'm terrified that he'll wait on us again. We sat outside in the heated tent on Saturday. I hope management know who I am talking about. I dont want anything bad to happen to him I just hope that we won't experience this again.
My family was just refused service because we refused to show vaccine cards. We have and were willing to show negative Covid tests from yesterday, which is what is required by county mandate. FYI even the county mandate is ending in 1 week. They said they’re a private business and have a more restrictive requirements than the county. They are, of course, correct that they have that right. But it is my right to never return, and to let others know about my experience. If you value privacy and freedom, please consider a different restaurant in Redmond. There are many.We are not anti-vaccination.
Good beer selection and cocktails. Friendly staff. Slightly pricey and wish they had a larger variety of food items. Check out the menu online, it's worth going.
