Minus two stars ⭐⭐ for kind of bad inconsistency with delivery once in a while. Things like food not hot, stale crust, the driver not wanting to bring it to my unit, the restaurant being unavailable for delivery, drivers not understanding intercom devices. (Why don't delivering restaurants or food apps train on that?)Someone's a bit uninspired, but I get it, lol. Trust me. Still, fresh is best when it's made here! The yummiest. And the chicken is so good too. Why?? Idk.Fresh piping hot pizza & chicken nuggets are best, here. Worth the risk of less-than-stellar slices.
Food and service are great, but carside delivery is extremely difficult here because the parking availability is almost nothing. If you're ordering delivery, this is a great choice, but avoid coming down to the store.
Sunday evening orders needs more patience. The order is done and right in front of you but not handed over saying they are ShortStaffed.Mannnnn the order is ready and you could just take a minute break to bill and handover the order.
Terrible service - took 2 hours to deliver and the manager refused any concessions. He was completely unapologetic too. Was expensive too. Twice the price of another pizza place for two large pizzas. I'd recommend any of the local pizza joints over this place. Domino's is a pizza chain just waiting for someone else to come along with a better product and pizza delivery system.
Pizza was good. Ordered online and food was ready on time. Friendly staff. Only negative is the parking. All the spots were taken so has to circle around to find a place to park to get my food.
First off we need to go and say that it wasn’t the food that was bad or anything. In general it was a disrespectful feeling as a customer. The other day we came in and ordered cheesy bread with some extra cheese. There was no problem with this, maybe I was misheard or something but by the time I got home.. well I didn’t know what extra cheese looked like on such a thing. Though my significant other did (the one I got it for originally) and we went together to head back to the Domino’s and inquire about the situation. Cause from what she told me, it was even less cheese on top and in the bread than there should originally be. We started by saying I asked for extra cheese which wasn’t provided. Later learning through that conversation that extra cheese isn’t something the system can account for. After asking if the one we got could be made better, the manager on duty refused to remake it. So even though our original order was botched I went ahead and got something else for my significant other. The next day I went out there again to get cheesy bread once again, and although the order was actually done better then last time.. the staff on duty didn’t quite recognize me.. and.. legitimately talked about how a angry couple the other day came in demanding extra cheese. Which.. wasn’t the case. Even hearing this was a little like.. “huh okay then”. I remind you that for the most part most of the food we got throughout this was good and done well enough.. not burnt or anything crazy.. but that customer service and hearing.. someone exaggerate and talk bad about you is belittling. The neeeext day after that we went on down and instead of cheesy bread we got honey barbecue chicken wings and I got a Caesar salad. My only and last complaint is that I wasn’t given a fork or even offered one.. which I guess if I wasn’t asked I assumed I have one. The customer service and lack of compensation combined with small details is what lead to this conclusion. Thanks for reading and heed my words.
If I could give zero stars I would. The Manger was completely unhelpful after I called asking my the burnt pizza they delivered. I never order domino's and the first time I do in year I get a burnt pizza and horrible customer service. Plus deliver is $7.99 they are trash!
Served me this as a legitimate pizza than the manager refused to give me a refund. The manager was rude. Absolutely trash. This Domino's gave me the worst pizza hands dowm I've ever had. Went on 11/14/2021
If you are reading this, please go to the Bellevue one (near Crossroads), it is worth the trip. They forgot to put one of my pizzas in the oven. It was left on the countertop for almost an hour, with some wrong ingredients, so they proceeded to pick each one out and then bake it. The other pizza was of course cold, even though I was "assured" that it wouldn't be. There were 4-5 employees and they were all standing around without wearing a mask, running behind on orders because they were "understaffed". However the Bellevue branch near Crossroads had only 1 employee and he was getting all orders on time.
Really bad customer service... They're not available for ordering pick up everyday nor all the time... When I was able to order online I had to wait around 1hour in total to get my order. I got there 15min after ordering, waited 5min at the store and then they told me to wait 15 more minutes, (for some reason the guy helping, asked me if I wanted to cancel my order.)... i waited and then they told me to wait 10 more minutes... And it wasn't until 15min later that they gave me my order....
