The drive-thru order taker made two order accuracy issues and pulled the car due to his own mistake. I ordered a rotisserie chicken basket and a cone and was rang up for a chicken strip basket. When I went inside to help get my order he said I didn't order a cone either. The front counter staff saved the day
This is the Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to, EVER.??In fact it desires deserves a negative star.??My order was very simple, 2 Chili Dogs w/ Onions. After a long wait while watching them play around with each other the non-workers handed me my bag straight up and down which made the chili sauce fall to the bottom of the bag??Moreover the onions that I paid for was not on the Chili Dogs which I had to ask for a side of onion that also took a long time because they were too busy playing around with each other, why show up??♀️A bunch of kids who could care less about not customer service??♀️Worst dairy Queen ever, Don't Go Here!??♀️ take the drive to another Dairy Queen ??????????
My husband and I went here for a drive thru date (we don't get alot of time). We pulled up to the box and barley got talked to, or given our total. We pulled up to the window and our cashier just says "here you go" (without saying the total) while placing the card reader out the window. He then walked away behind a wall, not realizing we were paying with cash. We called to him and the others, getting ignored the whole time. In the end we sat there for our food to not all be there. I just wanted some chicken strips with my hubby ??.
We had chicken sandwich. I felt it was too dry for the money they charge. I have given feedback in their survey site too!I love their ice cream though which they give complimentary on filling up their survey online and you give thr code to them. Staff were friendly in helping my kid to do this. I appreciate it. But please improve the quality of sandwich!
Usually in the mornings the service and food is amazing. If you come late at night or close to closing they tend to throw whatever they can into an order. Spent a ton of money for my family to have food missing and chicken baskets that should be big enough for an adult to barely feed a two year old. That and most of them are teenagers using this as a side job who are very dismissive and look at you like it's your fault or you're being picky when you spend 50+ dollars and expect filling food. It doesn't have to look at the picture. Just give more then 10 fries and 4 tiny burnt chicken tenders for a 6 piece
Fries are tiny, selection of sodas ok. BUT the burgers were amazing and actually Flame Grilled, and on the Large Size. I will be coming back here again, just nott getting a regular size meal.
Great experience good dessert but underrated food, went here with a few friends and it was pretty good.
The drive thru is in a business lot with a Starbucks and a McDonald's together. Super tight drive thru... good service and fresh food. But the weird parking lot/drive thru situation made it unpleasant
Staff is far above average. If you happen to have a problem with your order, remember these are just kids. There is obviously a teenager shortage. Duh.. You make one mad, they might not come in the next day. Then we all suffer long lines because of it.Not the right sized Blizzard? Just move along please. Save your ideals of perfection for yourself, when you back to work. Going out for ice cream is supposed to be fun. I can see you ruining it.I will tell you something else: those ice cream machines can really be a huge pain to clean and keep running. How would you like it if one of your reports at work was frozen.....just like your heart.
Kid on drive thru was so awesome. Good attitude and very helpful when I asked about how much sugar was in a ice cream cone. He took out a chart and shared info.
