Thank you Cold Stone for your honesty and integrity.I lost my wallet at cold stone in the evening, i checked for wallet in the next morning at home, i didn't find it, i tried to reach out all the places. finally i called in the morning to cold stone, they told like they keep it safely and collect it. what a relief! ...... I like cold stone ice cream as usual, and you win my heart as well
Very yummy ice cream. My kids love this store. The choice of cone and Choco chips rainbow sprinkles makes it really great experience..
AVOID THIS PLACE!The Friday night shift white lady is so disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk with customer. She made us wait for our order for about 30+ minutes for online order. Then she missed a waffle cone from the order and she said she cannot refund for the waffle cone and asked to speak with the manager. She explained she don’t know the technology to refund to the missing order.Felt disrespectful.
The boss doesn’t care about online orders at all. Walk in 5 minutes after my order should be ready as is knowing this is how they work, and after standing and getting ignored for 10 minutes, I finally decided I had to do something to at least get them to acknowledge me. Then was told it still wasn’t started as they continued to help the customers instead that just kept rolling in. The others with online orders hadn't even been looked at or asked who they were there for, meaning they hadn’t had a single online order ready. It’s embarrassing as a delivery driver to have to show up late due to there order not being a priority for the boss and his crew
Of course the ice cream is awesome, but I was really blown away by the service! My son and I had a fabulous treat and together time. :)
There is nothing better over lockdown then finding out that cold stone delivered. After a bad day or long meetings day or to celebrate a good day or for just a day Cold Stone custom Make your own is the best. Having the mixins for chocolate mint chocolate coffee chocolate mint and vanilla loaded with brownies, Oreos, fudge x3, chocolate chips, and the other chocolate one is so delicious. It makes any bad day better, good day a celebration, and any regular day awesome. Love it! And this location being right by the lashes places it a great way to treat yourself after and bring home something nice and is located close enough to origins to walk making your adventures complete in a one driving stop shop.
Delicious ice cream with diverse flavors. The staff is friendly and helps a lot in front of the hardest choices (which flavor to pick!)
Only buy from this location if you go there in person. The staff seems to have some trouble filling to go and food delivery service orders. Order two things of the same size, and get two wildly different sized items? Has happened to me multiple times. Shockingly, when I order a Love It size ice cream, receiving either a Like It, or a KID'S SIZE is not acceptable. I have no idea if any of the reports that I have submitted through Door Dash have made their way back to the restaurant, so I'm leaving this here in case anybody else is considering ordering this way from them. Don't trust them unless you are there in person to double check your order.
Love the ice creams and shakes. The staff is courteous and quick. The store is located in a mall and can get crowded at times. They have outdoor seating as well which is good during these times. Street parking is limited but you can find parking in the garage closeby. There are 2 things that they need to fix 1. They need to provide cup holder trays for take out orders. It is so difficult to carry shakes/ ice cream without them. 2. They need to have closed cups for take out order of milk shakes. Liquid spills out of the straw opening, often leading to a messy car.
These new employees in the Cold Stone located in the town center are just so slow. If I order online, they don’t even start preparing the order, without me bein present in the store. Weird and rude!
