I have been pretty happy with this location for about 8 years however over the past 6 months I have been repeatedly disappointed, tonight we ordered doordash and received a bowl with no protein even though it was labeled as having chicken.I recommend you go in and order in person or order pick up and verify your order before leaving.
The staff were very rude. There's this guy working there said I could only order online. While I was ordering online in my phone, he started giving offline order to the next customer. I'm not sure why?Also while he was preparing my order, I asked him politely to give small tortillas instead of the big one, because online app didn't have the option to change it. He didn't even listen to me, He murmured something rude and said no small tortillas.I thought he was a rude guy in general. But he was being nice to other customers. I felt like I faced some kinda discrimination.Food was ok. The rice and chicken quantity were very little. I was still hungry even after finishing the whole rice bowl. Please increase the price a little to adjust to the inflation, but don't reduce the quantity of food.Anyway, I'm never coming back to this store ever again. I don't deserve such rude behavior at all.
Some employees were really nice, but management was extremely rude. I asked for a side of chicken (which can’t be ordered online), but the lady at the counter replied “this is not KFC”. Don’t go to this chipotle location, way better other options in the area.
Ordered a veggie bowl. asked him to put hot sauce on side instead of bowl. Cashier was rude and charged extra for sauce. Giving this feedback with a hope that owner will take as feedback and improve.
All my girlfriend wanted was a cheese quesadilla because she had a long day and has dietary restrictions, then the employee continued to say they couldn’t make cheese quesadillas unless is was an online order, but we were looking right at it on the menu. Then, as we were trying to pay at the register, she turned up the music much louder. She was overall unnecessarily rude and I will never go there again and will suggest others do the same.
Some of the worst service I've had at a Chipotle. Letting customer stand there as the employees talk. And then when they do get to you their attitude is awful. Seems like they have somewhere better to be. Definitely recommend future potential customers look elsewhere for their quick meal
Save yourself! Don't go to this location!!Chipotle regular here. Getting convinced to give up on that chain. Tried their new plant based chorizo.I can handle my spice, but it was soooo spicy so much so that the person that made this probably doesn't know how to cook.The worker also heaped a lot of it into my bowl (evil person alert!), I didn't ask for that while also reduced the amount of beans that I actually asked extra of.Giving 1 star only because I cannot give 0, or negative.
In case management actually reads this, I feel obligated to tell you that you could get rid of alot of these negative reviews if you paid your employees more money.To any customers who are reading this, don't blame the staff. Any poor service you recieved is directly tied to the way the store is managed.I'm leaving a one star review because for the second time I drove across town to find out that the store was closed. I'm only mildy upset over this, it's just a minor inconvenience. You get one star because I know they were closed due to staffing shortages caused by their poor work environment. Do better for your employees, it has a direct impact on your customers experience.
This Chipotle is mismanaged. You cannot order within the store not because of Covid restrictions but due to short staffing. Then, once you placed your order online while standing outside, again due to the lack of staffing, it took about 30 minutes to get food in hand. I find that the overall experience is unacceptable and does not live up to the Chipotle brand. I will not be coming back to this franchise.
Ordered online for take out and basically received empty entrees. Total rip off on portion size compared to other locations
