The food quality was good but unfortunately they have delivered wrong food. I have ordered Deluxe Thali and got nothing similar to what I have selected for entrees. Instead of Chilli Paneer and gobi manchurian I got palak paneer and aloo capsicum. Also I have selected hakka noodles but the item was not delivered. Instead of Dahi bhalla I got Dahi poori. This was a bit frustrating.
I'm very happy I stopped in to try for lunch! I got the samosa chaat. First time trying it and it was great! Very reasonable priced. Hard to find a meal that good for under $10. I can't wait to be back!
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.Wanted to give them a negative rating. Let me elaborate why. Ordered a pickup, went there, the order was all packed, asked, the person on counter handed me the bag, came home and opened it and it was all disappointment and no quality food.Thali has missing rotis. Separately ordered paratha was missing. Curry containers were broken and literally leaking stuff. Seems like it was been packed for days and stacked that it broker under weight. Almost all the curries were stale, raita was horrible. Ordered a chat also, within 5 minutes of eating it, stomach started making sounds and what not. The only good thing was rice, had to eat it it raw.Once went to eat there only, at that time, the food tasted ok, but again stomach didn't liked it. Seems like they never serve fresh food :/.
Dahi bhalla chaat is very flavorful and the serving size is large
Ordered vada pav and dabeli only to be disappointed with the taste and presentation. Who serves a raw jalapeño with vada pav. The vada was dry and had no taste. Dabeli was basically patato patty. No tamirind chutney, no garlic chutney. Peanuts were cooked into the patty!!! Authentic dabeli has spicy peanuts sprinkled on the patty. Not to mention they used the regular cheap grocery buns(the one we use for American burgers) and not the authentic Indian buns. Never to order from here again!!
Ordered elachi tea, pakoras and papdi chaat. Loved the tea and pakoras. Papdi chaat was good but the base was a bit watery. Looking forward to exploring their menu further in the coming weeks.
So happy to have tried this place! I spent quite some time looking for good Punjabi/North Indian food while we were in town. This is one of the best Punjabi food places I’ve eaten at outside of India. Great portion sizes, flavors were exceptional and the service was friendly. We loved their mixed kulcha, Chole Bhature and halwa Aloo puri. We ended up buying some extra Achaar (pickle) to take home.If you’re looking for an authentic Punjabi food place, this is it.
Food is superb yummy . We enjoyed aloo paratha , chola bhatora and saag with makai rotti.
I love the maharaja burger here. All of the usual chat fare is very tasty. The paneer biryani is decent too. However, over the years, I've come to appreciate their maharaja burger more and more as time passes. Other burger places have veggie burgers and some indian places have paneer burger, but this frikkin Maharaja burger takes the cake when it comes to vegetarian burgers that taste so much like aloo tikki burger in India. It's awesome and highly recommended.
Love their thaali. Very tasty, homemade like food. Great value for money
