Great experience today, and one of the best wait staff we've had. We are regulars. Service was great. Not sure if it was less busy today, but felt like service was fast and on top of everything. 4-star only because my salmon wasn't as tender as usual/previous visits.
DO NOT EAT HERE! The waitress worked so hard, but her manager was terrible! Out food took over 60 min: 2 pizzas (not deep dish), a power bowl, and a classic burger. Folks that came after us, sat in our section, and left way before us. We asked the manager why. He said different cooks worked different stations. That was a fake response to a real problem. Folks, save yourself the trouble. I wish the waitress could get tips, but skip this place. The management and kitchen are a disaster! I'll upload the recipe to prove the trip is legit.
We were disappointed that they werenât serving their prime rib. That was really the only reason we went there Friday night. We did end up ordering something else and just as our food was ready, the prime rib became available. Youâd think that weâd at least have been comped our pizookiesâ¦
DO NOT ORDER âSEARED AHI TUNA SALADâ from the Redmond location! It is the worst. I am a regular BJâs in Tukwila and have also gone to out of state location and they have consistent serving EXCEPT REDMOND, WA location. Plate is small, ordered extra ahi tuna but regular serving only was provided, but I was still charged for the extra. The salad tasted OLD, and when they served the food itâs as if they just threw everything together. It was gross! I wonât be going to this location ever again!
The only good thing about our dining visit was our waiter: sympathetic, and friendly. We attempted to order three different things on the menu AFTER our waiter let us know what was not available. Nothing of our subsequent order was available either. So we asked him what WAS available to save time. We ordered three different pizzas and one of them still did not have all the toppings listed on the menu. Ordering beverages was the same problem. Only a few bottled beers were available. We will not return soon.
Update:Management has made it right. Spoke with them as well as corporate (I’m assuming) and they handled it very well and made sure all was right. Appreciate you guys! Updated my stars due to great customer service.Went there the other night and not only did I get charged $30 more than what I should’ve, I’m highly allergic to onions and my first burger had onions, no problem, sent it back, then my waiter let me know that he was making sure the second wouldn’t have onions and the chef was being extra cautious. Since they were getting ready to close, I ordered my food to go and around 930 I got my burger and thought it would be okay since it was sent back the first time and I was assured multiple times there would be no onion. I was shocked when I got home and opened my burger only for there to be more onions on the burger than before. It’d be different if I wasn’t charged incorrectly or if it was a preference but it’s not. I’m ALLERGIC and was unable to eat anything. So I was charged over $80 for a burger I couldn’t eat and a pizza. Reached out to management and haven’t heard anything from anyone so that’s super awesome. Don’t recommend this location.
BJ’s got the best veggie burger in town.I got the crispy jalapeño burger. The veggie patty was just right, neither crumbly nor chewy like in most other places. The lettuce tomato and onion were the freshest I’ve had on a burger. The fried jalapeño added some nice kick. And oh, the fries were perfectly crispy and tasty.
Mistakes happen, our food showed up extremely late. The manager tonight (4/30/22) missed his name) did an amazing job troubleshooting and getting us out of there happy and fed. Also did a great job supporting his waitstaff in many ways.Can recommend the beer flights, brussel sprouts with that honey sauce, kid’s menu items (has healthier options), and burgers.Will return.
It’s usually good, but they gave me a really bad pizza on my last visit. I had never seen a pizza with as little cheese as this one. You can see in the picture how huge chunks of are cheese less, it felt like eating mostly dough
Best place with lot of seating options to hangout with friends and family. Tried their grilled Chicken Alfredo and it was good. Chicken Tenders, Mac and Cheese in kids menu was also good.
