Visiting from NYC and wanted some good food and this place was Delicious!!! They moved their location to 8151 164th Ave NE and I was so happy to see them because we couldn’t find the location from this original google map. 10/10 recommend.
Tried their taco plate. Loved it!The shrimps were juicy and fresh in the tacos, the chicken was a little dry though. The salsa was amazing and the old couple running the place were polite and sweet!
Man I went safe and ordered the chicken crema con Chipotle. And it is huge . The smell has enticed like i people into my office and it is so so good. Well worth the short wait .also park in the lot just south of the truck don't go in the lanes the truck is parked at.
If you are looking for an authentic Mexican food place in Redmond area. This food truck is my go to. For the price the quality in food is very filling. The rice is always seasoned and cooked perfectly. I love getting tacos de asada from them and the burritos as well.
This isn't a joke largest portions around. You get 3 to eat but can easily make 6. They have beef tongue they ha e chorizo they have pork. This place is amazing the food is good.the spicy sauce is spicy
Large portions, good food but not the tastiest taco truck burrito, beans & rice I've had. Also somewhat expensive in comparison to others. That said, the food is better than a cookie cutter Mexican restaurant's.
There are no better tacos anywhere else. Period. I have been looking everywhere for a long time since moving from a Mexico border town. No where else has come close. This right here is the absolute best place to get them. These are the real deal, actual Mexican tacos.Carrnitas are my favorite and carne asada are my spouse's favorite. About $40 for 12 tacos, tax included. Incredibly worth it. They are always filled with meat and taste ridiculously amazing. If you can handle heat, their salsa is really good.Make sure you call ahead! It usually takes between 10-15 minutes, but they will give you an accurate wait time. Then you can just swing by and pick them up.
It's really funny that we would pass by this food truck a few times a week while walking to do errands around Redmond, but we never stopped by until last weekend. Turns out that they have some of the best TexMex food that I've ever had. We tried a spicy pork burrito, steak torta, chicken taquitos, horchata, and champurrado. The food came out quick and hot. We got to enjoy some delicious food on a unseasonably beautiful day at the Downtown Redmond Park, and it made for a wonderful Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend.

This is my second time eating here and I love it! They have wonderful fish tacos made fresh on demand, great portions and prices, and are very kind. Do yourself a favor and eat here!
