Bai Tong is one if the best Thai restaurant in Redmond. It's by far one the best Thai food I've had in a long time. They have variety of options for vegetarian food. Even though the restaurant was full their service was very fast.We went there after an exhausting hike and we were glad we decided to go to Bai Tong.We tried their Yellow Curry Fried Rice, Pad kee Mao, Pad Thai and Thai Green Curry and everything was very delicious and we were very satisfied after the meal. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for some Thai food in Redmond.

Bai Tong consistently delivers delicious food. From the appetizers to the main course, the flavor and the quality are top notch. I also love that they have several vegetarian options. We've tried other Thai restaurants, but this is the one we keep coming back to.

This Thai restaurant has become our favorite in the area. Luckily this will be a quick review since there isn’t anything bad to talk about. When you arrive, the staff are quick to seat, take your order, and serve. Every visit, we have had our food in 10 minutes or less and it is very enjoyable.Every dish has been very tasty and they use fresh ingredients. I have attached some pictures. Prices are what you would expect and there is plenty of food to take home with you. Expect a couple with 3 dishes to be around $50.

Exceptional Dining Experience. The flawless execution of the wait-staff - lead by the manager, Ying - is notable. The excellent quality of the food - top shelf in every respect.Steven T. - offers premium service from behind the bar.Highly recommend the Lemon Drop Martini, Satay and Spring Roll appetizers.

Visited this place on Feb 14th. We had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated as it was a busy day. We ordered crispy garlic chicken, red curry and chilli fried rice. We asked all of them to be spice level 5 (spicy). Crispy garlic chicken was very crispy, a little less spicy and had sweet taste but it was well balanced. Red curry was milder but had touches of strong spice as well. Chilli fried rice was very spicy. We could have eaten spice level 3 may be. We ordered it at the end and since the previous dishes were not too spicy for us we miscalculated. Derek helped us serve and they were the best. Very pleasant to talk to and was attentive in spite of a very busy day.

They advertised their popular garlic fried chicken dish as “juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside”, but it tasted more like crunchy chicken jerky because it was so dry. The chicken curry’s flavor was ok, but the potato pieces were hard (almost raw) and the chicken was dry and flavorless. The pad Thai also didn’t really have much flavor besides salty. I can see why there’s no wait times when me and my girlfriend went on a Friday night. All in all, a pretty disappointing restaurant experience

The good. Ambience - I love the decor and the seating arrangements of this restaurant. The average - Service, Portions, Taste, Value of money - all these are average. The not so good - Spice levels, they don’t know what they are doing.I really like Thai food and have eaten much better than BaiTong. What I ordered and how I liked/disliked it - A typical order at any Thai restaurant that can never go wrong. 1. Tom yum soup - I’d rate this 3 on 5, the one I liked the most of my entire order. 2. Pad Kee Mao or drunken noodles - I’d rate this 2 on 5, a less than average taste n not as spicy as I’d expect a level 4. 3. Papaya Salad - completely ruined my experience of my favorite dish. No taste n completely bland when I had ordered a level 4. I believe they forgot to add spice. When asked, they dumped the entire bottle it seems and made it extremely spicy, which I don’t really mind, only if I could taste anything other than chillies.Staff - unfriendly.

Great place and ambience. I had ordered the panang curry with tofu and have also tried their veg tom yum soup. Both the dishes were awesome. Had asked for the soup to be spice level 3, that was quite spicy and gave a good hit to the throat ??

Everything way too sweet. Tom yong soup is nice but too sweet. The crispy garlic chicken even coated with sugar. Please add less sugar, the sweetness just covers all other flavors.

We were not very impressed. You will get everything sweet even if you choose 4-5 spice level. Chicken thai curry was too sweet and too loud taste of coconut(i believe). Salad was good, fried rice and fish was good. If you are trying for the first time then explain your taste for level of sweetness n spice level. We were 5 people, a child(6years old) and an infant(5months old). They counted us as 6+ so revised the service rate percentage to double. They don’t have salt shakers(pouches can be provided on demand)
