Worst experience here!!! So I showed up at 6:20 for happy hour. I get it! Wait staff are busy. I wait patiently at the bar. No one comes to see me. I keep waiting. FINALLY, two minutes after happy hour ends, someone greets me. I ask for a happy hour menu and they say that it ended 2 minutes ago. I tell them my situation. They say “sorry. Nope. Once the computer changes over, I can’t”. I’ll never be back! That’s incredibly rude, and I’ve been coming here since it was Las Margaritas. Wow!!! So disappointing! Your bar staff sucks!!!
The staff was very responsive and the food came out quick, without compromising flavor. I’ve never had anything like the spicy shrimps appetizer — the smokiness of the shrimp dances very well with the spices and citrus juices it comes with. You can never go wrong with the fajitas, and they let you replace the rice and beans for other options. My experience was very good here.
We loved the one in Issaquah so we decided to try the Redmond one. Chips and salsa was delicious. Taquitos was tasty too. But my steak salad didn't have much flavor. I had to ask for pickled red onions and add some of the salsa to make it better. My boyfriend has crispy tacos and enchiladas. He didn't care for his meal. Sofitillas wasn't deep fried enough so it was under cooked we felt. Maybe it was just today. I would still give this location another try. Service was really nice. I also got information for catering and they were very helpful with that too. FYI, I did give the Issaquah location a 5 star.
We had the Taquitos and a few drinks each. Our favorite drink was the Pina Picante.Food was delicious, fresh and pretty too. Adult drinks were amazing. We dined in the bar and our bartender was kind, funny, quick, honest and is knowledgeable. We had never been here before and we went as a recommendation from a friend.Do yourself and go if you haven't. We will be back!!
You know, I'm not sure what's up with the poor ratings on here. I tried here tonight with my husband. All we stopped for was drinks - but what I can report on is that we enjoyed our drinks throughly, the chips and salsa that came with it were crispy end good! And the service was really pleasant. If anything I didn't like the loud and coughing table next to us. And so I wish they would have seated us further away, but besides that... (which isn't even really their fault) I would say this is an adorable and clean spot, and I would like to come back for happy hour.
Officially our favorite Mexican restaurant in ALL Washington. Great food, great service. Ask for Miguel, he is AMAZING!!! Totally recommended.
It was pretty empty when we got there. The food is tasty, the service is fast and courteous. The prices are above average, but it is downtown Redmond, so it is expected.
Lovely environment, great service. Delicious food at reasonable price. Highly recommend seafood fajita, which is off the menu, but you can still order it with waitress. One star deducted for not checking COVID-19 vaccination certificate upon entering for dining.
I liked their vegetarian enchiladas, had ordered that with a side of sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts. The white sauce on the enchilada had a good flavor.Tried their vegetarian fajita, that was fine too. Also had the horschata drink which is a nice Mexican rice and cinnamon drink and tastes pretty good.
Food flavor was good, portions were small.Atmosphere is warm, inviting, upscale, and private feeling. Lots of red and teal. Booth was in good shape, and the table within it was a good size.We attempted coming for happy hour, but we were seated at a table, then informed happy hour was *only* in the bar, not at the tables. We had already settled in, and the thought of moving to the bar was more of an annoyance at that point.I ordered the Grilled Fish Chimichurri Tacos. The fish was delicious and so was the sauce. The homemade tortillas were difficult to eat. One fell apart if you barely touched it, the other was rock hard. My knife couldn't get through it. Good flavor, but you only got 2 tacos, and the circumference was no wider than 2.5 inches.Ordered the Strawberry Basil Mojito. Flavor was good, a little heavy on the soda water, and too much ice. While flavors were good, the portion size and watered down drinks I don't feel were a good value.Service was wonderful. Attentive, but not invasive. Professional and helpful.I'm giving 3 stars because service was 5-star and flavor was excellent, the food was difficult to eat and it was overpriced for what we received.
