Ended up at Wingstop because Buffalo Wild Wings was supposedly out of boneless wings and my pregnant wife was really craving wings, and let me tell you we sure are glad we came here!Super fresh wings and carrots/celery with perfectly seasoned fries! The flavors were on point and the wings were well sauced. Significantly better then many of my previous experiences with BWW and this will now be my go to spot for wings!

Idk who the female is that answered the phones to takes orders, but she’s on drugs or something because every single time we call to order, it takes a full 30 minutes because she’s not paying attention? She’s either talking to a friend WHILE ON THE PHONE MIND YOU, or just fully not paying attention. She’s slow or something but she needs to be checked out. Pitiful phone etiquette. Food is subpar, and I rarely get my complete order. They need to get some better workers for sure.

I do not know what the Wingstop employees have against me to sentence me to death by sodium. I ordered a Louisiana rub combo, the first red flag was that it was WET and RED . We all know Louisiana rub is a dry rub seasoning. These wings were extremely salty and I mean SALTY. It felt like I was being held down by a grizzly bear in the Atlantic Ocean, there was no escape. These wings have permanently changed my vision for the worse.Solution: Make your own wings. Go to Costco, buy some party wings, season them and air fry them. Commit to bout 30% effort and you will end up with a 100% better product. You’ll also live longer because Wingstop is looking to activate life insurance policies, one 500,000 mg sodium wing at a time. Seriously, one wing had the power of 1000 ramen packets! All jokes aside, Lakewood Town Center Wingstop is probably the best one. It’s worth the drive if you don’t want to spend $40 on wings just to throw them away.

Staff members are on their phone and not paying attention and not making the orders correctly and the manager will only fix it if you go back in. After waiting over thirty minutes for food that is wrong and cost a lot. Poorly managed location

Placed an order online said it would be 45-50 minutes, didn’t mind waiting. Went to pick up at 50 minute mark, they said it would another 5 which was no problem. Then I go back in after 5 minutes and get told we’re waiting on fries. I wait inside and a few minutes later they give me my food I go to my car and make sure it’s all there. And there’s no fries?!? Lol idk what’s up with staff but felt like they couldn’t careless about the business. Being a small business owners, customer service is key even if you’re running behind. None the less I got my fries and when I got home I checked my food and my 10pc corn was only a 5 pc. So I called and let them know they said I could go back and get it today or come back another day. I just wish employees would focus on giving the orders out correctly cause it’s better to stop and check for an extra 30 seconds than to make a customer drive 10-15 minutes to get the food they paid for.

Hate to do this, but I hope this makes it to Greg. Quality control needs some help old friend. 10 wings, 3 drums had tiny bit if meat on the tip with majority of bone exposed, 3 flats still had the tip on em, too much butter not enough lemon pepper, fries cooked in dirty grease, took over an hour to prepare. 2nd time getting food in the last few months and fell short both times. Best of luck!

Customer service is awful. Was trying to ask why others were receiving their orders before mine and the person just walked away from me. Update: my order was sitting on the rack for an hour because the person never asked my name. I am beyond mad. Not only did they royally screw up but they didn't offer any way to correct this.

I have been recently been sick and not able to get out. I called because my order wouldn't go through the person answering was extremely RUDE and said they are receiving orders fine. I said I'm calling cause it's not going through she said then you should come in,I said I'm unable to I'm sick can you take my order she sat there for a moment then just hung up on me ugh it's only 3:30 pm thanks WingStop your customers do contribute to your salary. Poor service.

Avoiding giving 1 star because they seemed horribly understaffed/stressed on a Saturday night and I legitimately feel bad. That being said, we placed an order for $36 and left a $15 tip for the driver. After waiting for 90mins we got a message saying our food was delivered when it hadn’t been. We ended up driving to the restaurant to ask for our food or a refund and was told that it “isn’t their problem” because they already sent the food out. They told us we’ll be getting a refund on our order, if/when they do I will edit review.

I just stopped to get some wings at the Wingstop on South Hill. I walked in and the guy at the counter was helping a couple with their food order while I was waiting. Then I get up to the counter to order and he tells me I can only take online orders now I'm too busy to take him. So I told him you should put a sign on the door, I guess I'm off to Buffalo Wild Wings to get some good wings Wingstop just lost business
