Kelcio or closio? Is extremely rude. I genuinely have never been talked to in fast food and all because they didn’t have change for the bill I had at that register. I asked that if anyone could do it at another register and she continued to be extremely unprofessional and said unnecessary things such as “people don’t bring cash like this to a drive through sorry”. I asked to speak to a manager and she said “he’s gone” and left the window. Since my son and I had already waited and the extremely long line for our food. I parked and went inside to see if I could pay for my order. I calmly asked the cashier if I could pay and kelsie (?) came up in a huff and said “you can just have it for free” and threw an order on the counter. I told the cashier I really don’t mind paying and they said no it’s ok I can have it for free… it wasn’t even my order so I told them this and they re rung me up and I paid for my order and received it and left. I want to say that EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE was extremely sweet and you could tell they just wanted to provide good customer service and that this other person was making everyone (myself, workers, other guests) uncomfortable with her hostility. I am never one to “speak to the manager” but I was basically verbally assaulted for no reason so I will be following up with this. The workers are friendly and get the food prepared quickly. The dining area has been remodeled nice and going in for take out was quicker than the drive thru. I love Wendy's!

Their customer service is horrible! Don’t bother calling and asking any questions, because the managers that they let answer the phones have zero people skill. I had my son call ahead to make sure their ice cream machine was operating, because I didn’t want to waste time going there if it wasn’t, and the lady told him “I think you meant to call McDonald’s.” And hung up on him. He called back, and they picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. After calling a few more times, thinking something weird was going on, she finally answers the phone again and says “Will you stop calling here?!”… I couldn’t believe it. At this point we were right around the corner from the restaurant, so I pull in and go inside. Asked who they’re letting answer the phone, and the nice worker went to get the manager. It turns out that it was a manager that just left and “She probably just did that because she was supposed to be off 45 minutes ago.” That’s all the explanation I got from the current on duty manager… This happened at 6:45pm on 2/22/2022. I know finding quality people is hard these days, but in the customer service industry you’d think the manager would at least have basic customer service skills. This is the kind of person that probably spits in your food when they’re having a bad day. If you’re debating between eating here, or going somewhere else, definitely choose somewhere else.
I like Wendy's, we usually go there for work since it's close to the airport. However, I get when it's busy people get overwhelmed but I'm so tired of paying for food and never getting half of it almost every single time. They ask you what dressing you want but it's not like they give it to you lol. Yesterday I order a salad and I get no dressing. Today I ordered a salad again and this time got no salad. And it's every single time we go this happens, and most of the time its not busy so thats why i dont get how this happens so frequently. I wish staff would get better trained or someone would figure out a better way to manage orders when it gets busy because it seems pretty chaotic.
This Wendy's is consistently without a doubt my go to fast food guilty pleasure.My order is always hot and delicious and if I pick the right time to show up the wait in line is minimal.I totally recommend this Wendy's location.
Long drive thru lines sometimes, but much quicker service if you walk into order. Even though nobody was at the counter and they were very busy, I was greeted by one of the people near the drive thru who was friendly and said someone would be right with me, which I appreciated (I believe she was the Supervisor) and then she promptly called out to her other coworkers that there was someone at the counter (me). It's Wendy's so I'm sure the food doesn't need explaining, I went here for lunch and ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo and chili. The person who took my order was equally nice and friendly and I will come back to this specific Wendy's because they are really nice, which is hard to find in customer service these days.
I understand staffing is horrible with covid. Waited in drive through line 40 minutes for food. Staff read wonderful and good was hot and very good. Come with patience and thank the staff that's there they are working so hard

The food is great, but they seem to run this location with little regard to the company; closing early, being closed random days, closing one drive-thru lane randomly.Also, their minute-made lemonade has been out of sugar for about 6 months.
