Went to drive thru ...it moved pretty quickly ...did mobile order ...they had it for me in no time , accurate ..hot ..and fresh .The only bad part was the traffic lolDaves single small fries med frostyDelicious
The best part of Wendy's is the young man that had the smile on his face all the time he took orders. His smile made us smile. He was very friendly and good at what he did. I loved it! I call him smiley ☺. I would rather him take my orders all the time. I wish I knew his name. The other person who got the ice cream gypped us they gave us 2 mediums instead of 2 large ice creams
Cashier was super rude. It took 5 mins. To acknowledge me. Once acknowledged, he right away tells me it is going to be a wait and ask how long and he points at all the receipts and says this long. Just do your job and take my order because he never even asked what I wanted. That made me not want to order so I walked out as he was doing something else while I was waiting. Never going to get better jobs with that type of personality or customer service. Terrible Wendy’s!
Great spot if you like waiting 30 minutes to order your food… I could pick up the ingredients and cook them myself in the time it takes to order and get your food here. Management needs to figure it out because ain’t nobody got time for that. Short staff is not an excuse, everyone’s short staffed but only Wendy’s seems to have these issues.
One of the best Wendy's I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They do a good job with the big lines they have.
So the order was placed over the Internet as it said it could be. charged my card I pulled up to the parking lot for order place online. sat there for 15 minutes. Call the restaurant to see where the order was ,requested to speak to a manager and she informs me I need to get in the line and the line has 22 cars all the way out to Meridian road. Why order if you have to sit in the line. Take the site down it you dont offer it. TIME TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS......TOO MANY CHALLENGES WITH THE POORLY MANAGED STORE
The night manager when I visited was awesome she helped me with my issuse and the issuse they were having the window service was also very nice and respectful would definitely return as long as they are working......the only reason it's not a 5 star rating is because of how long the line was and took
Ordered 2 burgers, a chili and sour cream and chive potato with 1 lemonade. Did not get sour cream and DID NOT get the chili. Didn't realize this until we got home. And they didn't give us a receipt!!!! Will not be back!!!
After seeing Wendy's recent ads about their fries being "better than Mcdonald's" I decided to try them and was sorely disappointed. Other than being cut larger, they're more droopy than Mcdonald's, which is forgivable but the amount of salt on them was horrible! And their menu was all chicken burgers, as I'm more of a cheeseburger person. This the first time I've been in there in 10 years. Now I remember why.
