If you pay with cash make sure you count the change give back to you!! Gave the bar tender a hundred, asked her to recount handed me a twenty? She new !!! That might fly at midnight 🕛 but not first thing in the morning .
The loose wheel has good food. The staff are friendly.it's a big place.A good place to meet up with a group of friends. Although recently when I was there with a friend. The food took 45 minutes. My food was burned. And my friends Burger wasn't much better. In all fairness, I've never had that issue before. And the manager couldn't have been nicer. She was very professional sincerely apologetic. And gave us gift cards to come back at another time. I would recommend this place. And I would certainly go back.
This is somewhat of a party bar. Great atmosphere for that. Staff is hard working and they have their process down. They do make sure that nobody is over-drinking, and that guests get home safe. Which, for some over-drinkers could be a deterrent, but I admire that the bar staff makes a concerted effort to keep an eye on that. While I haven't tried the food yet, locals rave about it - jojos in particular.
Great place.... But need to train the servers!!! I get how hard it is in the pandemic.... The gal I had at 3pm Monday was out of it. Ordered food and had to ask for napkins AND silverware. Really? My friend and I had empty beers and had to ask for refills. Would've spent more $$ and drank more if I had been asked before my drink was empty! Would've ordered more if the waitress was even somewhat attentive. Not even busy, she was attentive to her coworkers.
Drinks are good, food is great!! Servers and tab masters are amazing!!

Total disorganization. If im not drinking I get skipped over. And my salad and soup came after my steak. So I sent the soup back it was cold and I would rather eat a hot steak and not have cold soup. The servers need to have their own tables. Not bouncing around with no leader leading them. That is the only problem I see. The food and staff are amazing. Just fix the disorganization of the servers. Give them their own tables so they are not going into the back them front then side to side.
Saturday Night in Puyallup at the LOOSE WHEEL.........WOW, 4:50pm we arrive wife and son for Dinner (Non Drinkers) Hello........5:50 rolls around and we finally get our food..........But if we were part of a Large group we would have been served our DRINKS and Dinner ahead of NON-Drinkers!!! So, the food is decent but do not go to this establishment if you are not going with a bunch of people for Drinks and Dinner otherwise you will be FORGOTTEN by your server...............Just Saying !!!
I'm normally a very optimistic person when it comes to bars and food but this place was less than impressive with over cooked food, and warm beer, before finally being greeted by a friendly face. A sweet server named Heather gladly took over our table an replaced our beer and over cooked fries but when I came back hopeful for another chance at her specific service, I was told she had been fired? Sad to see this place go down hill, my grandpa recommended this place after attending so many years. ?
Amazing, right on, attentive, serving staff, the wings are meaty and saucy (coming from a Buffalo, NY girl), I love this place!
