Usually I visit the one in the Valley, but this one is just as great! The service was excellent, and the food was top notch as well. I will definitely be back!
For the second time at 2 different Taco Times I've found chicken bones in my food. Both Enumclaw over a year ago and now the South Hill one.After spending hours attempting to contact them last time I'm done with this restaurant.Be careful taking your children there and especially giving them anything with chicken in it.You can read many more reviews I've posted.....Extremely rare that I give a bad review but this is unacceptable.
We moved from Georgia to Washington state and there is no Taco Time. Yall need to expand! Thank you Bree for the great customer service and the food is always delicious!
This location has the nicest, most helpful, and polite staff that really knows how to provide great customer service. Which seems to be pretty rare these days.
Terribly overpriced. They missed my mini taco order and I only got the tots from it and my drink. They also COMPLETELY missed my side salad And taco from my platter meal. I was so disappointed in this, and will not be returning. I knew there was a reason I stayed away from this eatery, this just cemented it for me.
good food, ok waiting time in drive thru but seems to b better when inside in whole, a little expensive for ne but sometimes a good treat.
This was hands down the best trip I have ever had to Taco Time. I had placed an order at the downtown Puyalluo location tonight, unfortunately right at close. Instead of letting me get to the store to find them closed one of the staff called me to inform me of the problem and even offered to call the closest location(south hill) and have them make my order.When I arrived I stated who I was at the speaker and the gentleman that was on drive thru ushered my to the window where he apologized and explained what happened, informed me I would be receiving a refund due to have jng to drive to them, and also gave me a couple vouchers for future dining. I didn't get names, but any of the staff working at either location tonight, 3/22/2022, I thank you very much for everything and being so helpful and accomodating. Can't wait to come see you again.~James~
Food was good. Service below average. Waited just a bit long to get our food.
This Taco Time did well with my family's meal. They were quick and we liked that you can see them making the meal from the car because of how the restaurant is laid out. Taco Time's food tastes fresh and I like it much better than that other place that uses nacho cheese and Doritos for tacos.
Food always is good here. They are great with special request and substitutions within reason. I never have to ask for napkins or eating utensils. They always put them in my bag. Line is usually long but that is ok. Drive through is tiny but that is ok to. Fish tacos is my favorite there. They are not cheap with the meat on your tacos. Never have an issue here when I go. Food is good to for it to be a fast food option. Staff is always pleasurable!
