Incredibly clean inside and even the way the sauce packets were stacked inside the condiment station was shocking. All at 90 degree angles and precise....with sauce packets. The food was typical taco bell, pretty decent! What stood out was the cleanliness.
If I could give them a 0 star I definitely would. They messed up our entire order. They put none of the fixing on the tacos. After we left out of the drive way we immediately went inside to fix the order. After the gentleman at the counter help one customer he went directly to the back to hop on the line, leaving us standing there. So we called out for help. The woman called up a man named Jacob and we told him what happened and without checking the receipt or even looking at the past order all he says is that’s how it was rung up. Then I ask to speak with the person at the drive thru to clarify. I’m guessing because I’m black I’m hostile, because he says your not going to yell at my workers I won’t tolerate it. No one was even yelling, he then continues to tell me I’m not going to yell at his employees so I walk out and let my wife handle the situation. I will never come back to this establishment again, they need all around customer service training. I’ve reported it on the website and I will be calling corporate in the morning.
Fast fresh and affordable! Loved the Cinnabon Cinnamon bites. The Soft Taco Supreme was really heavy on the tomatoes - just too much! Oh and need to refill the PepsiCo syrups!
Some great people work here. Unfortunately there are also some extremely apathetic workers as well. I won’t be going back after my last visit.I’m Hindu and cannot have meat, especially cow. Most of the staff know this and are usually pretty good about my orders. But this time they gave me beef in one of my items. I can’t risk another incident like this so I simply will not go back.
I have come to this location since it was built a couple years ago multiple times. The crew here, for lunch and breakfast, have been excellent at service, greetings, food preparation, additional inquiries, cleanliness, and smiling. They appear to really care about their customers satisfaction.Thank you.
On June 5th of this year, I visited this store and a manager named Joshua was so wonderful. He was so nice and didn't discriminate against us in any way. My order was difficult for me because I had to unlock my cash card just to make this purchase because my cash card was compromised online and I have to unlock it for use and then relock it quickly. Joshua was very patient with us.Then, my friend's husband had trouble getting his card to work and was having someone drop off the money for their order. Joshua ended up just giving my friends their order because the dining room was closing. I just thought that it was a very nice gesture and I would highly recommend that this employee be recognized for going above and beyond to ensure costumer satisfaction. I, also, recommend this Taco Bell. Very clean and friendly staff.
Consistently rude and always forgets one or more items from our orders. We've complained many times and have only been met with hostility. When we are at the window, the workers shut the window and turn their backs and chitchat. Never been to a worse fast food place. Terrible service. Don't recommend coming here; you'd have better luck at McDonald's.
My usual go to spot and it’s always satisfying however this time I ordered a chalupa supreme the breading was as hard as a brick EXTREMELY stale, I give props to the manager for refunding me without any issue, very professional but I don’t recommend the food here
One of the most professional and freshest Taco Bell chains out there. If I'm craving it, this is where I'm going. The team there does a great job and is pretty fast with the hand off.
This new location has great staff, fast and friendly service, and hot food. I mean, you know you're not going to Taco Bell for authentic mexican food, so my rating is just in comparison to other Taco Bell's I have been to.
